[Resolved]  INTEL DESKTOP MOTHERBOARD — Case Registration for Replacement of Motherboard

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a desktop Motherboard (Model No. D 945 GCCRL, SL No. BTCR71300E15) of INTEL COMPANY on 26.05.2007 from M/S SABOO COMPUTERS PVT.LTD (KOLKATA) under three years warranty. Now in August 2009, a problem comes in the motherboard—“System booting, proper display but not able to install operating system”.Now I am facing many problem from this motherboard, So my request to you that please tell me the wright way to solved my problem, Because Saboo Computers told me you contact in this mail ID they give you the proper way, So I need your help.

Dear sir.
i am having internet connection from hathway. from 1st of june my net was not working so i launch complain and my complain no. is 10681. i called them every day but i dont get any answer that when my net will work. in local office when i went to complain they dont want to listen this cause they think they owening the company. even i call customer care they always answer we forward this complain to our engineer. he will contact you. the rules of that co. that after you launch complain it takes 24 hours to solve. but from monday now today is thusrday still waiting for this. so please help me out of this.

You can log on to intel website, go to india section and there is an email id for complaints. You write a descriptive email regarding your board problem and also mention your baord seriol number and other details like your address etc.
They have a fantastic service network and they will pick up the board and replace it or repair it and give it to you after few days without any cost. Their service in chennai was excellent, i had changed my board twice though this.

I brought one motherboard for my computer of INTEL from Lucknow(UP), India. With in 20 months of purchase, the motherboard is creating problem. Now i m facing display problem on my computer due to motherboard. Display is not showing on my system.

desk top — cheat and replace original processor

sir recently i purchase a hcl desk top before i month ago from the first day i face the problem and now iam fedup because hcl engineer cheat me when he change my mother board he replace intel original mother board pearl creak to very low standard gravity mother board and his name is sashikant and he also stolen my processor in my desktop convigration is core2quad processor 2.33mhz and he change interl pentium 111 xeon processor after i am confirm then i register a complaint to hcl call center and center who provide the service they said u have to wait atleast one week and i tell him the whole story then we change ur motherboarde and proceessor ALSO and iam confused bcoz he chheat me and they dont take action so sir plz solve my problem my name is deepak maan my e- mail id is [protected]@gmail.com my ceel phone no is [protected] i hope u give me the result bcoz i am allready send u a complaint u dont give me the confermation and complaint id no plz send me all the information on my e mail id thank you..................

This complaint is in regards to no display b'coz of motherboard failure. On 12/6/10 i purchased a original INTEL DG41RQ mother-board from Nehru place & very next day i tried to start my computer but the problem is no display. I contacted to INTEL customer support executive & got a reply that just take that mother board to shop they will replace with the new one.

But, after going there they sent that mother-board from where they bought/customer care dept. And, i was along with the customer representative but the behavior is very rude towards such complaints after checking he said this will not get replaced b'coz RAM slot was damaged but actually there is no damage only there is slight scratch & he directly said that your RAM slot is damaged. But after that he checked various things & finally the JUMPER is not there is the mother-board & he managed to get that & finally the display is OK.

But, 3 days back 09/10 the same problem is there again there is no display. Now what kind of problem is there. Pls advise what will i do now as JUMPER is still there is the mother-board.

As, i stay in Faridabad (HARYANA) & its very difficult to take my CPU again & again to NEHRU PLACE. And, if the problem is with mother-board & the same will not rectified by the customer support representative then in that case what i have to do. Pls advise some sure & short solution as the MOTHER BOARD is still under direct factory warranty.

I purchased a motherboard DH 55 TC(serial numberE[protected] on[protected] from your dealer ACCENT NETWARES, NEAR VARKEYS SUPER MARKET, KADAVANTHRA, KERALA, KOCHI-682020, PH-[protected]/56/57.from the very day and performing exccellent.Few days back my pc suddenly shutdown and never restart.admin says some troubles in this mother board.Immediatly i reported to nearest authorised service centre ACCENT NETWARES where i purchased this mother board.They examined and says its lan side have some issue and they take this mother board for replacing procidure .(after that i check my internet modem with a lap top, i found modem is working fine).ACCENT NETWARES sent this mother board to REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED(INTEL)-COCHIN, PAPALI CHAMBERS, 42/2152, 1ST FLOOR, TATAPURAM, COCHIN 682018 KERALA .They examined and says lan side is burned and not eligible for warrenty.Since 20 days only i purchased this product.
I humbly request you to kindly advice your service personal to make necessary arrangements to replace the faulty
device.
