[Resolved]  Intel Motherboard — POOR SERVICE ON REPLACEMENT

Dear sir,
After so many mail conversation since 16/12/2011 at last we able to send ONE INTEL DG41RQ motherboard last week to Redington Kolkata. But they returned back the motherboard saying “no problem” found on that particular mother board. Our ticket no was Intel Customer Support service ticket ID # {ticketno:[[protected]]} By in this time period we have to purchase one same INTEL DG41RQ mother board as a warranty standby for our customer support and its running fine in the customer place with the same processor and ram. We have also cross checked the mother board in the customer place again (after returning back the MBD) and found ‘no display’ again. Is it so painful replacing a INTEL DESKTOP BOARD?!!!!!!!!. Now a days we are thinking twice purchasing INTEL DESKTOP Board for our customer because of your poor quality service.
Will we forget about that particular board?
