Sir,
received a message through my mobile phone,that I have won ICC CRICKET PROMOTION PRIZE OF 450000/-GBP,according to that I have verified the facts,I could not trace the facts,eventually I HAVE APPROACHED to cyber crime investigation at UK. As per their letter/mail I got my winning ID IS,IN-[protected],But I DO NOT KNOW the fact later I received a mail from BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION,THAT to contact one RAJU A SINGH CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER RESERVE BANK OF INDIA,TO pay 10500/-rupees in his account for service charges.

Sir let me know there any such person in Reserve Bank of India,if yes what can i do for getting this prize amount,or is it true,kindly give the guideline as soon as possible
