[Resolved] International Land Developers — Refund

In April 2008 I have booked and paid Rs.4 Lacs for a flat of 1450sq ft. then I paid Rs. 1, 62, 800.00 after two months as per the terms fixed with M/s. International Land Developers (ILD) now for the last four months I have been chasing them for refund of my money i.e. Rs.5, 62, 800.00 and they are not releasing the money and give excuses that Director or concerned persons are busy / not in office. You should file recovery suits under Order-37 CPC in DELHI which is more effective and expeditious remedy for recovery of money rather than approaching to consumer courts, which takes lot of time.

Do also file criminal complaint in EOW (Delhi Police) since the Registered Office of the Company is in Delhi.
