[Resolved] Intertek India Private Limited — Wrongly charged for late payment

Please refer my previous complaint ref.no. 0634d dated 16.11.2009.
I didnot receive any reply so far.
I received a SMS as under
" stmt for HDFC credit Card endind <6766> is being despatched. Min amt due Rs. 1826.34. total due Rs. 10976.29. pymt. due on 30.11.2009"

Sent - 07.49.12 am. 11.11.2009
additional information - I had paid Rs. 2000 on 07.10.2009 payment for October 09 then how you are charging for late fee.
If you go through the my payment pattern for last three months you would find that I have always paid in advance of due date and you have not charged any late fee except in the latest statement of yours.
One Mr.Ahmed had called me twice once on 16th and also on yesterday forcing me to accept your wrongly charges. This not acceptable at all.
I again request for a correct statement immediately removing the late fee charges of Rs. 350.00 so that I can pay immedittely.
Expecting resonable prompt reply to your valued Customer and not to bother me on phone any further.
