[Resolved] Intex Technologies — headphones not working | |||
I bought a TV tunner card from ur intex outlet in gurgaon,it stopped working after the 8 months of purchase, i got suffered to get the address of the service centre in gurgaon,but anyhow i got the address of the service centre in ggn,I sent my son to that service centre to get that card ok,and i got my card ok after 10-15 days.Now my headphones are not working propely and ur sevice centre is not able to make me understand that how can i get my product ok. I bought an intex headphone from atta market noida before 3 months worth rs 250. it is in warranty period period of 1 year . after purchasing this head phone i feel i like i wast my 250 rs because it is not working properly and only works one side. i went to the service center once at nehru place before 1 month and it become good after service but now again same kind of problem occurs. i dont have this much time to go again and again to service center. i purchases this headphone with the thought of intex headphones are very good in quality but i think my thought were wrong. now i want complete solution of my headphone. my contact no. is [protected] and email id is shishir.[protected]@gmail.com. i hope that intex people understand my problem.

This is to inform that its long time to get service of a Tv Tuner card which is rather necessary in our daily life.
So my humble request is that kindly pay your attention to my complain and take proper action, so that I can get back the card as soon as possible.
