[Resolved]  Intex Technologies — customer service and customer satisfaction for intex mobile is worse

I purchased intex IN 4455 mobile 20 dyas before from orissa but i am staying in pune now. I am facing problem in head set. when i insert head set. I got message head set plugged in, head set plugged out. I receives these two messages minimum 5 times. I am not able to listen FM radio, songs from audio folder. I have warranty card also.
I am irritated with such issues to this new mobile. I am not able to contact with intex service center in pune. I contact with all the service centers for intex which are present in pune. Nut they denies to give service to intex mobile they gives different number to contact for intex mobiles. But all my efforts goes in vein.
First thing a new mobile within use of 1 month should not give any problem. If it gives then I should receive free service from intex incase of any problem as I have 6 months of warranty card for intex mobile with me.

I am frustrated with the way i received service from intex service center.
can anyone help me to come out of this issue.
