MSEZ[MundraPort IPO] — Still I didnt get the Refund

I am Vivek KrishnaKumar Shukla,from Pune.
I had online account with ShareKhan India Ltd[ShareBroking Firm].
I had applied for MundraPort IPO for 2 lots[30 [protected]@440=132000].
My Order ID is 638890.
I didnt get the IPO of MSEZ but still i didnt get my refund.
Please suggest me,What shall i do for That?
Where shall i go for the complaints.

Intime Spectrum Registry Limited — Refund - Mundra Port IPO - Appl. 62548386

I applied IPO of " Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone" vide application number 62548386. I have been allocated 15 shares to my demat account whereas I have not received the balance amount of Rs92400/- to my account through ECS nor I have received any cheque of above said amount.

To persure for refund, I sent an e-mail on 4th Dec 07 to Intime Spectrum and reminder on 5th Dec. Fortunately received reply on 6th that ECS has been rejected and will issue a Demand draft and will send to your postal address with in 4-5 days. But till date I have not received any DD nor any communication from Intime. Even I am sending regular reminders via email and tried contacting them even on phone but in vain. Phones are continusly busy.

Request to take up with Intime Spectrum on my behalf to expedite the refund of balance payment.

Intime Spectrum Registry Limited — MUNDRA PORT REFUND ORDER NOT YET RECEIVED

This Company is Useless and I Don't know how come a big group like Mundra Port engaged this company for its IPO. They are Not replying anymails at all for the refund of the application money. SEBI should take steps to ban such companies.

I had applied for an IPO of Mundra Port & Special Economic Zone Ltd., Application no – 81756589 Dated - 06/11/2007 for 145 shares, bearing Chq no- 1994780 of ICICI Bank Ltd, Secunderabad Branch of Rs. 46,200/- . (and the same is cleared). Application form submitted at the bidding center of Kotak Securities- Secunderabad.

No shares allotted to me nor they refund my amount till date. I contact many times to Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd - Mumbai (The registrar of the Issue) on telephone, the respond is not satisfactory. They informed that they unable to find my application form and related data, they said to contact the bidding center. I even contact them but their also the respond is not satisfactory.

My request you to kindly look in to the matter, as more than two months had been past and I didn’t received my amount back. As per the SEBI rules the amounts had to be refund within 15 days, but I didn’t receive any amount.

Intime Spectrum — Mundra Port IPO Refund

I have applied for Mundra Port, in its recent IPO, 90 shares @ Rs.440/- each totalling to Rs.39,600/-.

Payment made through Citi Bank Cheque No. 670450 dtd:[protected]Rs.39,600/- and the same was debited to my account in Nov'07 itself)

I have not been allotted any shares nor my money has been refunded. I have sent n number of mails to Intime Spectrum, the registrars to the issue, regarding my refund. But there is no reply till date for the same. Even there is no reply for my letter faxed to their office.

I have tried to call them over phone. During the working hours, it is engaged like anything and always ask me to call after some time. But after 5.30 p.m. it rings but nobody there to lift the phone. I even sent a mail to the company secretary- but the result is same.

My money is sitting with somebody for more than 3 months without any purpose and noabouts. There is no one to respond.

Please take this one as final reminder and refund urgently. Otherwise, I will be forced to take legal action on this issue.
