Respected Sir, I woulld like to inform you that I have applied for 30 shares of Mundra Port and SEZ Ltd. and Rs 13200 has been debited to my account through icici direct .com on 07.11.2007. Till date neither i have received refund order by way of cheque nor ECS credit to my SB a/c maintained at ICICI Bank Ltd, through which i have applied online. 900 Shares of Rama Newsprint & Paper Ltd. under 9 Original certificates bearing Nos. 223411, 223417, 223418, 410725, 410726, 410738, 410739, 413063 and 413064 Submitted long back in 28july 2006, thro. regd. courier, whose acknowledgement is obtained., alongwith revalidated Share Transfer forms. Now they say, They are not able to locate it, have misplaced it. No reply in writing till date given. only verbal promises earlier given that they have recd. it but it takes time to transfer. Very irresponsible attitude.What is the Safety and security of Investors Shares ? ? any Help ?
