[Resolved]  Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd — Non receipt of ipo refund - mundra port

I have not received refund for Mundra Port IPO inspite of sending several emails and letters to intimespectrum. They do not respond to phone calls either. A complaint has to be surely logged against intimespectrum and this should come out in leading newspapers as well.

I had applied for 225 Equity Shares of Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone Limited through Application No. 61841177 dt.November 05, 2007.I had issued Ch.No.821252 of ABN AMRO Bank, Sector-18, Noida for Rs.99,000.



I had been issued 15 shares however I have been not been issued my balance refund. Kindly issue my refund as soon as possible. Since then, My address have been shifted from B-2, Sector-59, Noida to B-25, Sector-58, Noida-201301.

Intime Spectrum Registry — Non Refund of IPO amount

Against IPO of Edelweiss capital , I had applied for 24 Shares ( Amount Rs 19800.00). No Sahes were allotted. .Application no 14338414. Application was made online thru ICICI Demat Services. I had tried contacting Intime Spectrum Registry , the registrar of the IPO thru Phone.one o.f their 10 lines are ever available during office hours. this mail is in refrence to one of your customer named VIVIAN RICHARD JOSEPH, who had taken a credit card from citi bank in 2006, and made heavy purchase and has not paid back and is missing from a long time.
well he was in hyderabad from december2006.
now he is back in bangalore and is staying in his brothers house as he has no accomodation for himself. his mother has passed away long back and father was separated from his mother some 6years back.

his brothers address i dont have, but have the land line number. you can raid into his house anytime in late evening or night and catch him.

I have been allotted 15 shares of Mudra SEZ but till date i these shares are not credited to my Demat account. On follow up with Intime Spectrum i have sent required details by mail 3 times. However from company side there is no communication as to why these are not credited. In such volatile market if i want to sell the shares what do i do? will intime spectrum will be responsible for fluctuation in share prices in falling market?
