Sir i had appied in ipo of future capital holding but i have neither received the money back nor allotted the shares. I have already complained about this matter to registrar of the ipo i. E. Intime spectrum ltd on telephone as well as by e-mail. I have not received back any response from their side. You are requested to kindly raise my issue with them. I regret that despite lapse of 2 months since allotment was completed in the TATA Steel -Rights Issue, the share/debenture certificate and refund order have been sticky.
While I could receive the share certificate for 4 shares allotted and refund order No 141729 for Rs.89700/- after follow up, the debenture certificate and of refund of Rs. 11400/- are still to be sent to me.
The change in address was communicated to INTIME Spectrum during the follow up, and they could send partially the share related documents.
I have been constantly following up with them for Debenture certificate and refund order against my CCPS application NO. 705073 (CAF No[protected] paying 13200/- vide cheque No. 212635/20.12.2007.This was encashed on 24/12/2007.
I have, so far, called them in[protected] times so far ( each time the waiting for more than 45 minutes). sent two emails and 2 letters.
Can this complaint be heard and the document and cheque released immediately?

I have applied for the rights issue for the Tata Steel (DP ID 302679 client id 32134527, Holding 125 shares)
I have submitted the Cheque of Rs`30000.00 chq no 901106 for the right issue of ICICI BANK, Mumbai branch and a chq of RS 11200 for CCp chq no. 901107.

I have got the certificate stating that I have got the 112 CCp but no shares allotted .Neither I have got the refund of RS`30000.00

sir I had applied for an IPO of future capital holdings as on[protected] for 32 shares, for which i had paid the same through cheque.
I had alloted 8 shares also. but till today[protected]month have gone but i have not yet recieved my refund order.
I have mailed severel times but no response, called several times but same result,
the problem is my cheque reached to my house with the wrong name as RAHBEESH KUMAR as i had applied the ipo in the name of RAJNEESH KUMAR, the post man returned the cheque back to u. I am now fed up with this kind of service.
I am wait for some days nor i will go to write a letter to SEBI and then i will go to consumer forum to take my money back.

i have applied 105 share of mundar port of rs.46200/- but till yet i havenot got my refund .in last post he write to me on dated 10-mar-2008 " we had dispached refund order no.1002888 entitel to the complaint through speed post on[protected] the articale was recieved by us as undelivered hence we had redespatched the same on[protected] since the validity period is over we have forward a request to refund banker for issuance of demand draft.duplicate demand draft will be issued & despatched within next ten working days subject to unpaid status of the original refund order." but till today i am waiting my refund order.please help me about this matter

Intime Spectrum Registry — Non credit of shares

I have been struggling for this for many months now.

I had applied for 630 shares and was allotted 45 shares of Precision Pipes & Profiles Co Ltd. during the company’s IPO. A refund order for remaining amount was also received by me. However no shares were credited in to my NSDL demat account no. 10899578 with Axis Bank (erstwhile UTI Bank) having DPID IN300484

You informed that credit of shares has been rejected for technical reasons apparently because you have wrongly tried to credit the same to demat account no. IN[protected] (correct no. would be IN[protected]). So you have one digit wrongly as 6 in stead of 8.

I have written to you twice but still await the credit to my demat account. Attempts to contact you on phone[protected]which keeps you on hold always)and email have failed.

Kindly look into matter urgently.
