Intime Spectrum Registry — Non refund of IPO non-allotment money for last one year

Despite over a dozen written requests sent regularly for sending refund order pertaining to online application thru ICICIDIRECT.com for Time Technoplast IPO, the registrar M/s Intime Spectrum Registry is delaying the refund process. Their officers are making fool of everybody by just sending confirmation for last one year that the refund order shall be send very soon.
But over after over one year has already passed (the refund order was supposed to be delivered to me in June 2007), there is no sign of positive response from the registrar.
I do not know where to go.
May be to consumer forum.
But is this the only way to get redressal from such bogus companies who make their investors cry for over the years for confiding in them.

Dear sir,
Pls refer intimespectrum 5977/105977 dt 19/07/2007.
I have already written 8 times to intimespectrum on the subject. I had applied for parsvnath IPO vide appl no 31850334. However the shares could not be credited to my demat account due to name mismatch. All information and documents required by the company has been emailed/couriered/regd posted 7 times before. Il be pleased to furnish any other document/info if required. May i request you to intervene and get the shares credited to my demat account.

I would like SEBI should ban intime spectrum because of there poor service towards investors as they never do what they say to do about investor complaint

I had applied for Reliance Power IPO in January 2008 for 120 shares with a bid price of Rs450.00/share with a cumulative amount of Rs 13800.00. I did not alloted any share nor did get the refund.

I deposited rs. 20, 000/- dt 30.12.2008 as fd in tata motors. Fdr no. 1182. I received fd receipt of tata motors but without interest cheques. You are requested to send the cheques at the earliest in physical form.

Dear Sir,

My self Gitaben S.Chauhan, living at Gandhinagar. I applied for IPO - Future capital holdings ltd. For purchasing shares on Dated 12 Jan., 2008 and I issued a cheque holding amt. Rs.36720/- ( cheque no. 023849) in favour of Kotak Mahindra bank for purchasing 48 shares of above mentioned IPO. That time I had sufficient balance for passing the given cheque amt. Rs.36720/- in my Axis Bank saving account . My Axis Bank a/c was debited with the amount Rs.36720/- but in Kotak Mahindra bank’s statement show stop account on my cheque payment. My application no was 11379118. But after applying for this issue on dated 12/01/2008 to dated 24/07/2008, I suffered a lot in respect of my amount invested. How many shares were issued to me? In this regard, I daily passed passed through mental harassment. I went to Kotak Mahindra bank, Ahmedabad for knowing the details that when I got my money back. Also I wrote application in this regard to the related authorities for taking necessary action in this topic. And at every meeting at my Kotak Mahindra bank, Ahmedabad I hold them give my money back with interest as soon as early.
After all this trouble, finally Kotak Mahindra bank gave me without interest Rs.36720/- (cheque No. 040426) on dated 25 July, 2008. It means I got money back after 5 month and 13 day late.
I want,
My principal amount interest for the above mentioned period as per rules SEBI.
+ Rs.330/- Postal charges, internet charge when I wrote for getting my money back.
+ Rs.100/- Traveling expenses amt. which was spent during the visit to Kotak Mahindra bank, Ahmedabad
+ Rs.800/- And also I went refund for the misc. damage charge. Which I suffered the during Date 12.01.2008 to Date 25.07.2008 the period
As soon as possible please take immediate action in this subject. I am awaiting for your reply.

At the time of a/c opening your marketing executive told me "demat charges per annum 350/-" Please review for clarification of in this regard.
