[Resolved]  Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd — Non receipt of ipo refund - mundra port

I am a shareholder of Orbit Corporation Ltd. holding 50 shares. I had received 2nd interim dividend warrant[protected] through cheque no., 002696 dated 11.02.2008 of HDFC Bank Ltd., Fort, Mumbai. The said dividend warrant was misplaced and hence I could not present the same to the Bank. I therefore, request you to kindly to send me another cheque for Rs. 75 and further request you to intimate me whether all my other dividends declared relates to M/s Orbit Corporation Ltd. are received by me and encashed. Hope you'll do the needful.

dear sir, ihave applied 100 shares for coal india on application no. 12060204but not got refund nor allotment till 12/11/10 then i approached intime spectrum bhandup first they said they have not recd. such application. then i submitted my application acknowlegment, then when i approached again on24/12/10 then they said they have despatched the refund order which i recd on26/11/10. when there is firm allotment to all the applicant why 50 sharesare not allotted to me. any body listening to help me . pl. do the justice at the earliest. thanking you. your sincerely, YUGVEER SINGH
