IOC / Indane Gas — Unsatsfactory service of the dealer

I'm using LPG gas of M/s Indian Oil Corp. Ltd sold under brand name of INDANE. I'm using services of M/s Rohini Gas Agency, Sector 7, Rohini, NEW DELHI for the last 10 years. My LPG consumer number is 24711. The major problem faced by me is that a lot of time is wasted in getting the telephone call connected to the dealer. The numbers remain engaged for long time. And if by luck, you get it connected, the bell would go on ringing but no one would pick up the phone. Don't know what to do in such a situation. Pl advise. Last week in news paper petroleum minister declared that there was no scarcity of Indane GAs and there was no rule of gas registered after 21 days.

when I approach to Indane Gas Agencies in Rajkot they replied that they didn't get the circular.
