[Resolved]  IOCL — Non-delivery of Refill cylinder

Respected sir, My consumer number is A-52412, distributor ALKA (inside market building) and i am residing at RBI Colony, Unit-IV, Bhubaneswar. I had booked a cylinder on 19 Sep 2013 and received the booking reference number 387516. On 03 October 2013 i received a sms from INDANE that booking has been done against my refill and cash memo has been generated vide No. [protected]. But the Cylinder was not delivered till that date. Again on 08 October 2013 i received another sms that cash memo has been generated vide [protected] and cylinder will be delivered shortly. In this bargain already 20 days has been passed. I went to ALKA (my distributor) on 10 October 2013 and made a query on this. The employee available there...could not reply anything about the cash memos generated. He took out the print of another bill and said it will be delivered shortly. Sir, could you please tell me what is the range of 'Shortly' in IOCL's dictionery? Secondly who will answer me about the whereabout of the previous two cah memos which were generated? Here i would like to intimate you that the Cylinder has not been delivered till date..till now...
