[Resolved] Irctc — amount debited but ticket not booked | |||
I today tried to book my ticket online but at time of payment the server became too slow & by the time my account got debited some error occured on irctc site & my ticket was not booked inspite of my account got debited. How will i get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

Session expired after making payment - No ticket booked --
Bank acnt debited Rs 476.24 to [protected] SBI IRCTC COLLECT
TRANSACTION ID [protected]IGM0833426 DTD 17/09/2013
I faced a problem while booking a Tatkal ticket on irctc.co.in TRANSACTION ID [protected]IGM0833426 from KOTA to Allahabad(ALD) for 18th September 2013 in 12941 BVC Asansol Express. After entering the details of one passengers, I made the payment using SBI online. After making the payment I got the message that the session is expired.
I checked my SBI bank transactions and I can see a payment of 476.24/- made. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made.
Please advise what to be done since I have made a payment and there is no booking done by the website.
