Irctc — Amount deducted but not yet booked

Dear Sir,
I have booked a Train ticket in SL class in Tatkal system through IRCTC.

Train No.: 16042
Reservation Date & Time :01-Jun-12 08.30 AM
Date of Journey : 02-Jun-12
Transaction ID: [protected]
Deducted Amount : Rs.282+ Rs.12 = Rs.294

While my booking, Amount is deducted from My Corporation Bank account through Netbanking.

Banking Detail
Payment Through : Net Banking
Bank : Corporation Bank
Account Type : Savings Bank
Branch : Coimbatore

But ticket is not confirmed. Also The deducted amount is not REFUNDED to My account which has been used for Booking.
