Dear sir,
I made a ticket on ircts.co.in, on last 22 jul.2010. now i want to cancel a ticket, but my Id was locked. The PNR No is [protected] and transaction Id is [protected], train No 8477/UTKAL EXPRESS date of journey09 oct 2010.
Please cancel the ticket of S RAYSINGH Female 23, confirm /B259/UB.

IRCTC — refund yet not received against TDR ekt200906500553580 dt.05-06-2009

I have filed TDR at http://www.irctc.co.in vide Ref. No. ekt[protected] on dt.[protected] but till date refund not received. I wrote 8 reminder letters to [protected]@irctc.co.in; but every time replied that your case forwarded to railway. One year & three months already passed. who is responsible for delay & how much time will be taken for my refund.

IRCTC — Non receipt of online booked ticket after debiting amount through SBI debit card

Dera sir,

While I am trying to book ticket with my User ID : Sankar3184 on 05.09.10 from Chennai Central to Chengannur for Trivendrum Mail 2623 for the date 01.12.2010, due to connection problem I failed to get ticket. Before I could get the confirmation of the booking the session has expired. I checked the booking status in my IRCTC account but there was no update there. On checking the transaction's status in my dedit card's account I found that payment had been done for Rs. 332/-. So please cancel the transation and credit back the amount to the SBI savings account number [protected] with ATM card No[protected] of Y P CH Sekhar Rao

In the train on Delhi Patna Route, in the Garibrath train, the vendors are overcharging .On 4th Sept.2010, they charged Rs 15/- for TWO BOILED EGGS,which is definitely on very high side. No rate lists are carried by the vendors, which are in uniforms and are employees of catering contractors.
I BOOK A TICKET FOR MR SHANGARA SINGH FROM AMRITSAR TO HOWRAH FOR 15/01/2010 UNDER PNR NO [protected]. THE TRAIN WAS CANCEL BUT AFTER FILE TDR ONLY HALF REFUND GIVEN TO ME . I SEND MANY REMINDER TO IRCTC BUT NO REFUND GIVEN TO ME OR AGENCY

sir,

i have been frequently travelling by Aravali Express from bandra to jaipur and jaipur to bandra. The staff is overcharging on the standard menu prescribed. like i generally take veg. cutlet which is charged 25/- instead of 17/- as given in standard menu. please help

IRCTC — don't refund my money

today have completed 5 days(120hours) but they dosen't refund my money of cancelled ticket .
according to irctc it refund my money in 72 hours.

IRCTC — Amount charged without booking

Mail sent to IRCTC on 08/09/10 to which no response was received :
I booked air ticket through IRTC site to travel from ahmedabad to bangalore on September 9,2010 by Indigo morning flight no. 6E155. The user transaction ID is[protected] and the payment confirmation Id is 10447367. No PNR was generated and the amount is already deducted from my account.

I have to travel tomorrow morning and need your help immediately. I am calling your toll free number continuously for last 2 hours and it does not get through.

I enquired from Indigo airlines and they have confirmed that there is no ticket booked in my name. I would highly appreciated your immediate response. You can call me at [protected].

IRCTC — deactivation of account

sir,
i came to know that registring two account with same id leads two deactivation,piz activate my user id-priyanka93 and deactivate all other ides,my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.plz notify me after the activation of my account.
no pnr was generated means ticket was not booked. it happens sometimes on irctc . most probably they will refund your money in your account. you kindly check the refund status tab in your irctc home page and look for failed transactions. and i[censored] have to travel u must book another ticket .

IRCTC — NOt providing the berth which was booked already

Dear Sir,

I am Haritha .When I was travelling though bangalore exp(Train no. 2785) on 20th Sep,the Ticket collectors behaved very rudely and they have already given the reserved seat of mine to the people who are in waiting lists.I have a kid,when I reserved a lower birth and the TCR given that berth somebody else telling me tthat my ticket is upgraded.Without pripor information to me how this can be done.They didnot see me taht I have a kid and I have proper ticket still they spoke very rudely and behaved like.These kind of government empolyees should be punished severly.
I am with drawing the complaint aginst, what ever did.
I Got teh right information about the upgradation of tickets.Hence I am with drawing the complaint.Regret for the inconvenience.Please cancle this complaint.
The amount was refunded to me on 21 Sept in my account after sending another email.

IRCTC — refund of money for failed transaction

i made an online transaction dated 25 september 2010, booking a ticket journey from kharagpur to mumbai(cstm).due to problem in irctc server my transaction failed and amt of Rs 513 was cut from my sbi accnt.my login id is mi3001 and i used my sbi atm cum debit card no[protected] and my transaction id is [protected].

IRCTC — LATE DELIVERY OF TICKET

I have booked my e ticket on 17 Sep 10 and it was delievered to me on 24 Sep 10.
When I contacted to IRCTC, they have provided me no. and address of courier instead of helping themselves. I myself has to contact to overnite exp and the got my ticket. This ticket was suppused to be delievere within 36 hrs.
I anyone listening?
