I filled a TDR for the PNR [protected] on 22nd july 2010. Please suggest me what I do? I am following this issue since 22 July 2010 and today it is 22nd march 2011. I am fed up of this. Hope you understand my problem. It's not about the money, I am just worried about the system.

IRCTC — Food

I am trvelling from New Delhi to Kharagpur ( 24/03.2011)by Rajdhani Exp in 1st A/C with my sisters. All o[censored]s are over 80 years old. As the train was running more than 4 hours late we were told that lunch will be only served after Tatanagar i.e around 4.00pm. I am given to undestand that for 1st A/C passengers the food is cooked in the train itself. I fail to understand why no lunch>

We are diabetic & have to have meals at proper time. They even refused to serve soup, coffee S/W, biscuits etc

Will like to have to hear from the IRCTC on this.

Can you suggest the way out as I have booked ticket through IRCTC Name is AKANKSHA TANDON from NAGDA JN(NAD) to JAIPUR(JP) PNR No. is [protected] date of journey is 26 Dec.2010 and booking date was 07-Dec-2010 01:52:18 PM by register login id is AMITESHVIJ. Train Scheduled Departure time : 09:30 am on 26 Dec. 2010.

since past 3 months we are following but their is no satisfactory revert Now 90 days period has been completed (26 Dec.2010 to[protected] but ticket refund still pending.

When i went to station but due to Gujjar Stick they have confirmed the train route has changesd and it will not go to Jaipur but since it was an online ticket so we have chanceled it after the departure of train.

I think its not out fault so why we should suffer the monetary loss
