I have booked e-ticket for three passengers form Pondicherry to Bhubaneswar on 6.04.2011 for journey in Pondicherry-Bhubaneswar namely, Ashok Ku. Padhi- 49 years, Prasanna Ku. Panda-49 years and Brahmananda Sahu=49 years for journey on4.5.2011. But I can not find it in Booking history inspite of deduction has been made through internet banking from my SBI Account. Although intimation has been received form SBI regarding transction ref. No.IG46722309 for my IRCTC transaction, I can not find it in Booking History. Unfortunately I have not printed the said ticket, so help me please, so that I can have my journey.My phone no. is [protected] & my email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

I booked 2 tickets on 18/3/2011 for 21/3/2011 from dehradun to haldwani in dehradun-kathgodam express vide POS[protected] and POS[protected] amounting rs.184 and 179 respectively. Both the tickets were waiting and were not confirmed till the chart was prepared but only rs.144 has been refunded on 24/3/2011 vide no [protected] and amount of one ticket is still to be refunded. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) — IRCTC site do not open.
Everytime I try to open the IRCTC site, it does not give any respond. It always shows Service Unavailable or opens after 10-15 minutes. At the time of booking ticket, while entering station the drop box do not come. If I want to book ticket at 08.00 am, the situation is even worse, the site do not open only and by the time the site opens all the tickets have already been booked. Don't know why they have started online booking for general people.This IRCTC site is very useless and hopeless.
IRCTC — non confirmation of e ticket
I booked e ticket around 6 pm on 18/4/2011. After hitting pay on my IDBI bank accout page shown that your transaction is successful than asked me to wait then it remain blank for about 30 min.when i checked history it was not in history of booked ticket but amout is deducted from my IDBI ac Rs 365
( 7311475/033 2674) for kota to jaipur to be travelled on 21/4/11 train leaving from kota at 23.45 train no 59801.Till this time I havn't recieved any e mail or SMS. Please look into matter.
