[Resolved]  Irctc — cancel the ticket

I was booked e-ticket through transction ID .[protected] from Guwahai to Jamnagar 5636 date of journey on 23.03.2009. amount Rs. 595 paid from my SBi card. Now I want to cancell my ticket. Kindly return my payment to my credit account please
now I was alredy file TDR dated 24.03.2009

IRCTC — invalid charge on ticket

Ticket checker charged fine on the reserved e-ticket. We had confirmed ticket and were producing the ID proofs too; still he charged fine + fare.
Kindly take this complaint and refund the money.

I tried to book the ticket online twice and both the occassion transaction was failed but amount debited from my SBI savings account.

IRCTC — my account was double debited by irctc

IRCTC — Refund yet not received for filed TDR

I have filed TDR for two tickets both are subjected to "Train late more than 3 hour"
After 3 months when I did not received any refund from IRCTC I e-mailed at [protected]@irctc.co.in for PNR number [protected] and [protected] with status but did not get any reply, I also tried many times to call but every time customer care executive replies that I have to wait for some more time.Now it is about 5 months and I have not get any refund and reply from IRCTC.

Sir my railwaly site not login (with correct details)s last 1 months. my broad band is connected with airtel . sir pls my request is help me arrgently iwant to book my ticket after 1 daY

While traveling from Chennai to Jaipur on[protected] in train no 2969, at Ballarshah railway station M/s Mahanand MRDSMM caterers IRCTC has charged more price of flawered milk Rs 15/- per bottle of 200 ml instead of Rs 12/-.
It is therefore requested to please inquire and take suitable action the Vendor

IRCTC — CUT MONEY FROM MY A/C BUT NO TICKET BOOKED ON THAT DAY

Sir, i inform you that on 3rd july i purchage a ticket from irctc on line service and that tranjaction is succesful but on next day same money deducted from my a/c pls help me to refund that money

I had booked ticket for myself and my family on 8.8.09 from Pune to Chennai Central in 2 AC for 16.10.2009. The ticket money had been debited from my sbi atm-cum-debit card for Rs.6267/-. But when I checked my bank statement I found two entries for Rs.6267/- being made from my account on the same day i.e. 8.8.2009. Later when i checked my irctc site i found a failed transaction in my name but amount has still not been refunded into my account. My failed transaction ID No. is [protected]. Kindly refund the amount into my account as early as possible. Hope you will take your best efforts to refund my money back.

IRCTC — Tatkal Charges

As per budget'09 our Railway Minister told that tatkal charges should get reduced from 150 rupees to 100, still we are able to pay 150 rupees.

I had booked ticket for dadar to akola & akola to dadar on 4/8/2009. The total amount should be dedacted from a/c is 1902, but it get debeted 2853 ( i.e 951 extra).
Creadit the extra amount which has been dedacted form my a/c.

Plz do the needfull ASAP

IRCTC — Bank account debited for failed transaction

Hi,
This is Kunal Shah.
I had booked a ticket in Lokshakti for 3 passengers with transaction id - [protected]
Although the i got the ticket but my bank accpunt got debited for the amount twice.

Also my previous transaction with id [protected].
I am awaiting refund from IRCTC since more then a year.
Also now my account is also closed so I wanted to know how can I get the refund.
