I made a ticket on ircts.co.in, on last 22 jul.2010. now i want to cancel a ticket, but my Id was locked. The PNR No is [protected] and transaction Id is [protected], train No 8477/UTKAL EXPRESS date of journey09 oct 2010.
Please cancel the ticket of S RAYSINGH Female 23, confirm /B259/UB.

IRCTC — TDR NOT REFUNDED

SIR,
I have filed a TDR with IRCTC wr for Party Partially Travelled. The filing has been done before 90 days and still there are no refunds from their side. I have complained them for refund but there is no response from their side.
The transaction detaills are :

I cliked on the pay option. But it is showing some error message... this is the third time am suffering this problem due to the negligence of railway department and faulty website... I request u to take strict action against them.

i also agree that comment. i also 150 as thakal charge nsteed of 100. what goverment ais doing. simply theya telling that in budget but no action. a strogly appose this type of activity.

IRCTC — Refubd not done even after 3 months

I booked a ticket on Lko-NDLS shatabdi exp train # 0401 on 14/7/2009 etkt # : ekt[protected]
It was a 1st AC ticket but due to some reason the bogey did not get attached so i was given accomodation in a Chair car
1st AC ticket costs Rs 1165.00 whereas CC costs around Rs 620 but I am not getting the refund of excess fare they charged.
We went o kashmir jammu tawai express on 27th september, 2009. there was a pantry compartment in the train and we ware order the non veg menu in the pantry but when we got the plate then we shocked. because the menu was extrelly bad and lower quality. rice are not sufficient, there was no bread(roti) and egg quantity was only one(1) . previously when we ate then there was also dahi, but in this time thre was no other item. non veg item means only rice and chicken muttonegg.
So pls justify the complaints

IRCTC — bad server hampering business

Dear sir ,
We are an IRCTC authorized Agent of kolkata. But every day in the morning from the 8am IRCTC server not serve us any service, we unable get customers Tatkal ticket. From that point of view we are suffering as well as customer all so suffering for this. We are doing business, but IRCTC all so get profit from us. So why we suffering too much. What should we do?Please help us.

Dear Sir /Madam,

I am lodging a complain against your catering group that I was a passenger of Bharmaputra Mail 4056 UP on 04.10.2009, PNR: -[protected], Ticket no:[protected], Coach no; S/7 (17158) Birth no25, 26, 27 (journey from Delhi to Guwahati with my family). I have given order 2 no of veg meal to your respective service person and timely he served the meal. I found that the quantity/quality of veg meal (Rs 35.00 per veg meal) not as per specification and found lots of cotton thread in my meal for that I am unable to took my meal. Pantry coaches no 96808.

I asked to service person to bring complain book & Cash memo, but they are ignoring to bring the above book.

Now, I want to know why they are ignoring to bring complain book & cash memo?

I therefore suggest you please maintain the necessary requiremen/hygine and also quantity/quality of food, which you charge.

So, I want your valuable reply at your earliest as I am a Indian citizen.

sir we traveled in SWARN JAYANTI RAJDHANI EX. from New delhi to Ahemadabad on 25 oct 09, Seat No. 6 and 8 coach no. B3, Rajdhani was looking like a local train, A lot of waiting people were traveling, In night there was no space in galiyara and near toilets,
Other side water was provided at 2200 hrs and dinner at 2255 hrs Food quality was worst, is it standard of Rajdhani, in morning hrs break fast was not given to us, and people traveling in waiting got breakfast easily, whole staff was sleeping no boby was there to take care for us. I have lodge complaint in complaint book also.

Dear Sirs,

I would like to bring to your notice, the quality of services extended by various caterers on.

Different Zonal Railways. My repeated complaints and suggestions got little response.

Recently I was traveling to Trivandrum, from Hyderabad by SABARI express. When I ordered my dinner vegetarian I was shocked to get stale food in a casserole pack all i.e. subjee, pickles etc, all stacked in one pack, and they refused to given water packets. The side dish was emitimg bad smell. Possible mix of container of Veg &non –Veg tawa, I had to through the same while on my return journey from Chennai to Hyderabad by Chennai – Hyderabad express. I saw the venders with maroon & black stripped shirts with IRCTC logo selling Non- Veg food at Rs. 60/- per casserole. While at Gunter station when I tried to get lay chips pack from one of the IRCTC stall they insisted to shell out Rs.12 /- per pack where as Rs. 10/- was printed on the cover. All the contractors in A.P.Express, Sabari Exp, west cost all charge higher charges with rotten Quality,

I would request you to take necessary steps to conduct periodical inspection, on train vendors as well as on plat forms, to ensure good quality and fair price practice.

IRCTC — Non receipt of Refund for Failed transaction ID.0154960922

I had booked ticket on 29/10/2009 throuhgh irctc web site. IRCTC had debited Rs. 425/- toward ticket chrages from my SBI A/c but transaction had been failed through IRCTC vide Tran. ID - [protected].

Irctc had marked status "Sent for Refund" but till date refund had not been credited to my Bank Account. I had also wrote this thing 2 time to IRCTC but their is no action had been taken for this.

IRCTC — Non availability of Standard potable water

Most of the station of Indaian Railways do not have potable water of reputed companies. Even in Mumbai CST / LTT and Kalyan Rly stations water served is of local company. If asked for Bisiliri / Kinsley / King fisher /Aquapura etc, the IRCTC approved stalls either doesnt have them or over charge (Rs 15 or more ) them than the printed cost of Rs 12. The meals provided is of non standard in terms of quantity and quality. Even Tea / Coffee is served with inadquate quantity and quality,

Indian Railway — REFUND NOT CREDITED

I had filed TDR with indian railway on 04-Jun-2009.Have not recived refund amount till date.
