I made a ticket on ircts.co.in, on last 22 jul.2010. now i want to cancel a ticket, but my Id was locked. The PNR No is [protected] and transaction Id is [protected], train No 8477/UTKAL EXPRESS date of journey09 oct 2010.
Please cancel the ticket of S RAYSINGH Female 23, confirm /B259/UB.

IRCTC — login page not found

I am not able to book ticket through IRCTC from 2-3 days, internet explorel shows that page not found. please solve this problem as soon as possible.
money deduction from a/c
Dear Sir,
i bought one ticket from Nizamuddin to yashwantpur on 11.04.2010.i got the ticket but i was charged double the amount Rs4380 has been deducted twice from my sbi a/c (scanned a/c statement is attached, in irctc complaint).there is no records available anywhere for that transaction.irctc is also not replying properly.

interesting part is that although i sent scanned document debit statement to them no response is there till today. i also taled to customer care but response is very poor.if the ticket is not booked then money should come to my a/c...

IRCTC — No refund credited since 5.5 months

Sir,

I have cancelled my e-ticket through filing TDR online in the month of Oct. 2009, but still I have not received my refund back. I have written atleast 10 e-mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@ircrc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in. Sometimes, there is no response ans sometimes there is response saying refund is under process.

But still the fact is I am struggling for my refund.
IRCTC online reservation portal hasn't wok last two days, i want to cancel my e-ticket. how it will possible to cancellation my tickets.

IRCTC — Not Refund Money in Pantry Car of Train No : 2722

i travel from Agra Cant to Hyderabad on date 16.04.2010 by train No. 2722 ( Dakhin Exp.).

Coach No. & Beart No. : S2-15

I give order to Mr. Kuldeep Parihar (Pantry car Wender) in Dakhin Exp. on date 16.04.2010. this food order is taken by Kuldeep when train Depture from Bhopal Railway Station. The food is given me at ITARASI Rly Station & i give him Rs-500.
but he did not refund back money till evening.

So i want to Refund money, so plz take a good action for refunding to money.

Irctc.co.in — non refund to cancelled e ticket

i have booked e ticket in date 3 may bhataara to nizamuddin taain no 2409 NR no[protected] transection id [protected] there are train sheduled have this ticket ias not confirmed so irctc rulles this ticket are automatic cancelled so there fare is no refund in this of my acounts. so lease take a nesseserry action as soon as osible.otherwise i have contact a consumer fourm.

IRCTC — invalid ticket issuing

Hi,

i had got big trouble due to ittc's wrong ticket issuing,

i had book icket from ambala to bhusaval by sachkhand express on 26.04.2010, and bookmanoher ticket from bhusaval to poona on 27.04.2010, purpose was this that when i will start my journey on 26Th, i will reach bhusaval on 27Th morning at 7 am, my another continuous journey train was on 27 th 10.20a as per irctc ticket booking, but when i reach bhusaval and start journey by train (train no. 5018 - gkp ltt exp.) on 10.20 am , that time i found thatmy ticket an booking all are ok but the train not gone at desire place poona, train goes at ltt via kalyan. so i discountinue my journey at jagaon.AND CANCELL MY JOURNEY THAT DAY.

due to this mistake i got much trouble with 5 passanger which ticket is involved with me.

Pls. checkout this detail :

THIS TRAIN NOT GOES AT POONA, GOES AT LTT VIA KALYAN.
AFTERALL THAT IRCTC ISSUE ME TICKET TO POONA BY THIS TRAIN, I HAVING 5 PASSANGERS ALONG WITH 9 MONTHS CHILD ON THAT TIME. I HAVE ALL PROOFS. PLS. HELP ME TO REFUND MY MONEY AND ALONG WITH HARRUSHMENT CHARGES.

IRCTC, Indian Railway — Train cancellation refund not credited

I have filed a TDR, dated 9th jun 2009.Ticket charges of which was Rs. 3104 but only half of the refunded amount Rs. 1552 has been entered in my account, while reason for TDR Train cancelled , in this case full amount should be refunded.

I have sent 6-8 reminders to irctc (Dealing Person Mr. Raman Raut)by telephone and by email, but no amount was refund into my account till now almost after one year after the train cancellation. Please guide me how can i get my money back.

IRCTC — CHEAT AGAINST THE PASSENGER

as i try to make the tatkal ticket which opens two days before date of journey as when we login to IRCTC at 8 am then its display that server is busy its a cheat by the IRCTC to the passangers who cannot does to Reservation counter all the Agents without authorised By IRCTC are making the ticket from reseravtion counter by their setting Its totally cheat to the customer as they have to take both internet and reservation counter server each equal or its understand that all the staff from reservation counter are conneted with the agents because in a mintue who its possible that the trains which have 280 seats berth Quota have a Waitlist in 5 minutes.
So please look after that the passanger that

IRCTC — TICKET NOT BOOKED BUT BALANCE DEDUCTED

dear sir i booked tried to book my tickets from irctc.co.in on 13th and 14th may,2010, but no ticket was booked but balance Rs 7104 was deducted from my SBI account. it happened 3 times on 13thmay and 3 times on 14th may.then i stopped trying. today is 17th but i have not get my balance refunded.

IRCTC — not response of refund status of cancelled ticket and TDR file acknowledge

Respected sir,

I had canclled a ticke Pnr-[protected] on date 14/05/2010 ,but i did not get refund and any status mail regarding this,i had also file a TDR for the PNR-[protected] through mail to irctc,but they did not send me any acknoledgement mail regarding this,i have talked with their care but they did not respond my query,so kindly suggest me what should i do regarding this?

IRCTC — increase in ghost bookings

Sir,
I am a regular user of IRCTC ticket booking service.
Of late, the following irregularities/ghost bookings are observed:
1. During May/June, the system shows all waitlisted tickets only.
2. Tatkal service is not available to common users, during the period 8 to 8.30 am. When all the tatkal tickets are booked, then only the ports are available to the common users.
3. We are going back to the manual system where malpractices were rampant and common citizens suffer.
4. Travel agents are to be allowed to log-in after 9 am to allow common citizen to book tickets.
5. Persons who are misusing common citizen log-in can be identified by the number of tickets purchased daily, where a limit can be fixed on the system.
6. Log-in ID can be linked with PAN No. (PAN No. is linked with name, which can be easily verified).

Some of these steps are required to be urgently implemented to stop misuse of the system by the interested parties.

IRCTC — TDR File Response

Dear Sir,

I had booked 1no. ticket thru IRCTC on dtd. 20/08/2009 from Patna to Ranchi vide PNR No. [protected], Date of Journey 21/08/2009 and passenger were unable to catch the train / didn't traveled. Then I filed the complaint in TDR filing procedure. Still there is no response.
TDR details are herewith:

It is already 09months gone and the file is only forwarded to railway. Amount is very small, but the response from IRCTC is very poor.

IRCTC — TDR refund not received since 8 months

Dear Sir,
I had booked ticket for 6 persons for journey on 14/10/2009 by Pachchim Express Train No.2925 for 3 Tier AC from station Vadodara to New Delhi by IRCTC website. After preparation of chart I got 3 persons confirmed and 3 remained waitlisted. So I filed TDR for the refund of 3 persons who could not travelled by the train due to waitlisted. I filed TDR on 30 Oct, 2009 and yet I have not received my refund after sending 5-6 reminders to IRCTC.

I tried to book a ticket through www.irctc.co.in.(Payment gateway - SBI Bank) Once the transaction got over, it showed that Rs.249. is deducted from the account and we are transfering the info to IRCTC..pls wait.!!..I dint click refresh button or back button, and the net which i'm using is also quite faster only. The page remained like that for a long time and it showed session expired (IRCTC). When i checked my balance it shows that the amount is cut frm my acount and the tikt is not booked.In the IRCTC website its showing that payment not received from bank.The transaction ID in IRCTC is [protected]. Kindly help me to refund the amount.

I again tried the same on 21/06/10 with same result and this way i was deducted twice without a ticket being issued.

on earlier session in case of non issue of ticket irctc had responded through E Mail and eventually i got refund. but this time they haven't responded. This is embarrassing for me and i ask for refund of the amount deducted.
