[Resolved]  Irctc — cancel the ticket

I am Mr. Ashok B. Ghate ( Advocate ) same incident took place with me.i have booked ticket on 6/07/2010
for Dadar Mumbai from Nasik for 10/07/2010. first session being unsuccess ful, immediatly i booked for same journey. second time i got the confirmed ticket.on verification of account passbook i found that amount of rs. 99+ 10 was debited twice. when i have booked only one ticket.How it happened and how and where to claim the refund for one amount

I had filled TDR on 25-Jan-2010 against PNR No.[protected] & transaction ID: [protected] and allotted the number [IRCTC #1246191] after filing TDR but refund is not received till date.
Kindly arrange to refund the total amount at the earliest.

IRCTC — bad use of vegetables in pulav

we were coming from tirupati to mumbai. as its a very long distance travel, we ordered a veg. pulav in which there was a piece of flower which was caught by fungus. so we went to pantry car to lodge a complaint, we found all the vegetable use were dirty. i think we shuould be more concious about the food.

I have booked ticket on 14/7/10 of 6 passenger from Ghy to Dmv . Due to some problem two passenger have not travels. Here the name follows USHA CHOUDHURY AND JUHU CHOUDHURY I have already filed TDR for cancellation on 16/07/10.Details given below.

IRCTC — payment deducted still e-ticket not booked

When i was making payment for rail reservation from tundla to Ludhiana by train No 5707 through online SBI Debit, It displayed " Transaction cannot be processed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account .I not got reservation slip .
Pls look into the matter and do needful. Below pasted ticket history

dearsir, i had a conform tickti from muzaffarpur to ambalacant.i was travellig on same ticket up to ambala i have slept in way because it was 12.50am.train was 8hours late.when i awoke i was at khanna stn. tc catch me and fine me Rs.379.i had requested several times that kindly charge me only the diffrece fare i have do not this guilty intencenly, but sir tc (mr. amit} has not show any humanity.he charge me the above amount and in resut i was bound to sty at station next day i had arrenged few amount from a person then i had my work.my pnr no.[protected] of traveld tickrt and receipt no.883599 by mr.amit (tc} charge the penalty.thanking you.

It is now four month of my TDR filing for the refund but still I am waiting for my refund.I have written several mail to IRCTC but all in vain.Every time I got the reply that the case has been forwarded to the concern Railways.I don't know what to do.

Indian Railway IRCTC.co.in — Fraud BY IRCTC : Social and mental harassment by IRCTC

I had made an id VISGARG80 on www.irctc.co.in on 22 july 2010 and had booked a ticket for 20 august 2010, but today on 31 july 2010 when I checked to see the status of ticket, the IRCTC people has deleted my ID without my information and I could not login to site

I had been struggling for two days to verify my ID and password and this is their muscle power that they deleted my login id w/o my information.

Proof of above is that when I tried to remake the same id on irctc site its showing "userid is available"
The point to be noted here is that when visgarg80 was already occupied by me , how is the same id available on irctc site?

ATTACHED IS THE SCREENSHOT AND THE TRAILING MAIL RESULTS FOR THE SAME ID

This clearly violated the privacy and public rights of an individual which is a crime in law.
Also, now I wish to cancell that ticket then as per the irctc guideline this ticket can be canceled with my userid only that irctc has deleted therby they have clear intentions of eating the amount of my ticket.

I herby bring this to the notice of concerned authorities that please give the explanation of this action of yours, within 3 days of receipt ofd this mail failingg which I am going to seek information under RTI Act 2005 for which you'll be bound to answer several other details including this and I would make this opinion of you as public.


Please treat this as urgent as above said will be taken seriously

IRCTC site showing "PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED FROM BANK" but SMS from my bank SBI showing Rs 4050 deducted from my account. Kindly either refund the money to my SBI account no: [protected] or book my ticket.

IRCTC — MONEY DEDUCTED BUT TICKET NOT PROVIDED

sir,i was booking ticket for godavari express from sec'bad to vizag through IRCTC,i paid the money through andhrabank debit card,but ticket did'nt got booked.wt i've to do now?

Dear Sir,

I booked a ticket from Allahabad to Bhubneswar vide PNR NO.-[protected] dated 20.08.2010 in AC-III class for journey on 14.10.2010.Ticket was in waiting list. I cancelled the ticket on same day.Total amount was deducted for this booking was Rs. 3972.00 but after cancellation railway only refunded Rs.968.00 that is not correct.
