[Resolved] Irctc — REFUND CLAIM FOR PROBLEM IN IRCTC SERVER | |||
Hello, Today (12/10/2010) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 2281 BBS DURONTO EXP from BBS to NDLS boarding on 17/10/2010 from BBS . Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD paid in two times tried payment gateway, the repeated error found like, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes& " came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated. This is really embarrassing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. Kindly refund the deducted amount in my SBI account . Expecting a reply as soon as possible. my e- ticket takal pnr no [protected] cancelled. but refund not done my account
very sorry to say that our govt will never ever change ... its been my second day of trying to book a ticket but the same thing comes on repeating that the server could not find the trains available. what the hell for the second day also the same thing. If things go on like this how will we book an urgent ticket. I really cant understand whats happening. is that indian railways server is 24 hrs busy

Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday(27/05/2011) about 4.30pm, I have reserved a ticket for cuddapah station to Nizamuddin by APSampark kranti Express(12707). My balanced has deducted but ticket didn't find til now.Transaction number was [protected]. I paid byState Bank of India and my account no was [protected] reserved ticket for cuddapah station to Nizamuddin for 08/07/ 2011.It is showing like that payment settled but ticket not booked. Please confirm the same, I am waiting for your response.

Sir I was tried for ticket through irctc on 05.08.11 for Guhawahti to bikaner and one time processing irctc intimated that your transaction is failed . I tried second time and booked one ticket from guwahati to bikaner . after booked I checked my statement found that two an amount of rs. 1620/- Has been deducted from my account (sbi a/C no. Sir on 05.08.11 I was tried for booking ticket from guwahati to bikaner but my transaction is failed . Bank Of India — Link failure
I have been trying to register myself for Bank of India Exam for the post of Marketing executive Scale II, but there's no link. Please help. I have tried to book a ticket from Bargarh road to Bhubaneswar through IRCTC on 26th August. I tried 2 times but the transaction was not processed at all due to server issues. Unfortunately, the amount has been debited twice into my credit card account. The charges are reversed only once. Is there any escalation procedure by which I can get my refund back? I have the credit card statement that shows the amount debited and I have the booked ticket list which doesn't show these transactions. I dont think we could reach people on customer care on IRCTC. So far I have made 10 calls to those numbers but I am unable to reach them. whats the fastest way to get the refund back? My transaction ID is [protected] and train No. is 18302. Suggestions/previous experience would be really helpful

When I was cancelled my two tickets using IRCTC (Transaction ID Nos.[protected] and [protected]) on 28.08.2011, the refund amount of Rs.410 (195 + 215 ) could not be credited into my account. Please take necessary action to credit the amount of Rs.410 in to my SBI account.
