[Resolved]  Irctc — No ticket booked — money deducted from bank account

E Ticket — ticket not booked but my fund has transferred

i was trying to book one ticket from chennai to thiruppur but i got a failure message my money got deducted from my account

ticket nahi mill & money deducted my sbi online banking please refund 387/- my irctc transaction id [protected] bank ref.no.IGD3945058 from-rewanchal exp train no 12186 maihar to bhopal so please money refund my sbi a/c name-ritesh gupta shajapur mob-[protected] [protected]@rediffmail.com

since internet got disconnected my sbm, shimoga bank sb acount number [protected]. ifsc code: sbmy0040444 got debitted for rs201.24 vide reference number [protected]IGJ8351444 transaction sbm polling acount [protected]. But i didint get either ticket or return money. so kindly look into the matter on priority basis and re credit the amount to my above account number at your earliest. my email id is : [protected]@gmail.com. my irctc transaction id is : nkprasad63.

An amount of 476.00 deducted from the account per transaction id but ticket did not get booked but when i saw the information about the transaction id it is telling--Payment Not Received From Bank..

Same thing is there with one more transaction id:[protected]. The amount deducted is 176/-. It was more than one month ago.

While booking tatkal tickets, I got error of "DUE TO MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY E-TICKETING SERVICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. INCONVENIENCE CAUSED IS DEEPLY REGRETTED". If you can not run a simple website, than why don't you shut it down .!!

Premium train 02682 is delayed at Jabalpu ur by more than 2 hrs, why. You charge passengers so much and do not give timely service.

IRCTC Refund has not effected in Credit card.

Payment failed at irctc . IRCTC shows transaction was failed and sent to Bank with refund status as complete. However HDFC credit has not recieved such refund and I was billed for that Transaction which has been failed . I have the proof for transaction failed and HDFC credit statement which billed it.
