[Resolved]  Irctc — TDR approved but money not Refund from last 9 month

i have file a TDR on 26 dec 2008 on IRCTC to cancel my Train ticket because train is late by more than 6 Hours. so many times i have written mail to IRCTC but my money is not refund till date.
