[Resolved]  Irctc — Forgot login password

Respected Sir/Madam,
I forgot my user id and password.I dont also remember the question what i had chosen.But previously i had booked a ticket for 24th of April, 2011 but hadn't taken any printout of the ticket. MY PNR No.[protected]
So, i request you to forward me my user name and password to my personal mail.

Dear IRCTC Team Member

I am using IRCTC since more than 5 years with my same user id: "bibhuravi". from last week i am facing the problem in login. Everytime i logged in i am getting the message wrong user id/password. i am 100% sure that i havn't changed my password.

I need to cancel one e-ticket at urgent basis, date of journeys is 29.04.2011.

Kindly help me, about the process of cancellation of e-ticket off-line, and how to reset password? i have forgotten my hint question answer.
