Dear Sir, I have forgotten my password. I tried to submit the answer to the secret question, but it shows "answer is incorrect", even if I give the right answer. Please send my password to the email address associated with the user ID " S. S. Das", by Sunday. My train is on 27th of November. I wish you'll look into the matter seriously, and help me. i want to get a print of my booked ticket its on 26 may from indore to mumbai but i am unable to login to my irctc acc even though my user name and password is right.i went to irctc reset password

I was using the IRCTC for all my ticketing and travel. I had couple of tickets one for travel I week of June and one ticket to be canceled by II week of June.
Since Morning, I am unable to login to my id. For once, when I initially logged in it opened up for update page and compelled to resubmit with my mobile number. However after that, I was unable to login as each time, it says password incorrect.
What is the remedy to get my tickets.
I am at chennai and chennai customer care number[protected] provided in the site is not in use and the Newdelhi custmer care number is always busy thru out the day.
soliciting information whom and were to contact to take necessary action.

my userid and password entred is correct.still it is not opening after verification of security certificate.I want cancell an e ticket for amrutdyuti swamy from ndls to bbs on 28.05.11.please help at the earliest.my user id is swamy1966 and password is bapurupu98.pl reply in my mail. i forgot my password of my id raiwayyard but i recieve the mobile verification password but with this password i cannot access to my account bcoz i dont know my email verification password and i forgot my email id also so please send my email verification password to my no [protected] it is very important bcoz i have to cancel my ticket of 5th june 2011.

i forgot my irctc password. I already mailed to IRCTC thrice regarding the same.Please send me passwrd. I am struggling because of that. username: carolz
I had to travel on 29 May in Yeswanthpurt express. So I showed the print out of mail from IRCTC which has name, PNR no, berth details etc and my ID card . I also showed the ID which I got from IRCTC after sending the mail stating resest password[IRCTC # 1500319]. But the TTR didnt sign it and charged me a fine of Rs. 50/-. What else could be done in case I coudnt open my irctc page. All the other passengers asked me reason and all said it is against the rule. The passengers who occupies the nearby seats are witnessers. If it is not just please refund me the fine and take action against the . Please help me. My PNR no was [protected], Tr no: 16528, date[protected], name: Caroline, Coach S10, 69
