[Resolved]  Irctc — Forgot login password

I forgot my password of my id railwayyard but i recieve the mobile verification password but with this password i cannot access to my account bcoz i dont know my email verification password and i forgot my email id also so please send my email verification password to my no [protected] it is very important bcoz i have to cancel my ticket of 26th june 2011.
thanks ! . Today when I tried to asses there is note that my new password is reset but with new pass word login was not possible . then kindly help me & let me know my new pass word on my mobile no as mentioned above .

It is very unfortunate that you took birth as an Indian. See that IRCTC is a Government enterprise. Just like all the Indian Government services, these people are also very care less towards the customers. The customer care number will be always busy or they will not answer the calls. If you have money, fame and people to influence such Government services, then you will enjoy these facilities. I am sorry. I am sure, if some foreign or private agency takes contract of all the Government activities of India, then everything will be easy here. Please pray God to happen so. That will be good for the poor people of India.
