[Resolved]  Irctc — IRCTC Server Problem

Amount deducted but ticket not booked
I tried twice but I am unable to generate the Ticket via IRCTC hence I am requesting you to please refund the amount.

Total Amount := 1458 ( 729 two times)

I had server error each tim

This mamta banearjee what ever is her name is destroying railway .. she wants to make railway as west Bengal dirty and backward... now since matma has started working for railway the railway website has stopped working ..

the reason for this is that she want poor people vote .. and she is well known to the fact that poor people don't book tickets online ...
now if she stops the website or destroy its sever limits there could be lots tickets available for booking at ticket counter and she want pride for that ...

now i want to say this old backward mamta ... mam whatever you do just think indian people are not so ...

with no tata in west Bengal you have destroyed lots of Bengali people future now stop this nonsence...

I am very much dissapointed by the kind of service IRCTC has been delievering, every morning the website is down with error messages "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE". It has become impossible to take Tatkal Tickets and make online bookings, I had to cancel my trip for my native this Diwali. I have been trying from last three consicutive days to get tickets of Tatkal through e-ticketing but failed due to website problem. I think this is intentional by some sources, they block the website and it is only available after 10 am only after all the available tickets are booked.

Please show me a way from where I can launch a legal complaint against the management of the website.

I think the new Railway minister sucks who has made train travelling so difficult, it was never impossible earlier.
Ecery day morning IRCTC site doest not work at 8. am to 8.45 am (Approx). Why? Normally people will try to book tatkal at this time. Please look on this issue.

when i was try to booked the e-ticket on yesterday thru IRCTC site. but i was not able to booked those ticket. meantaine unfortunatly IRCTC site debited INR-239/- from my SBI accounts so for i have not yet received back my money from IRCTC please look in to below the details for your further reference.

Very very bad website designing. Morning 8Am everyday we can not able to login. bledy designers.
What is going on with IRCTC? The dedicated MTNL servers are running ok, then why irctc.co.in shows "service unavailable", this happens more specifically during 8:00am to 8:20am,

is that a tool to book all the TATKAL tickets before offering it to public?Its really pathetic to see that.
We need an updated-redefined website, is any one listening...?
When Ever I want to Book a tatkal ticket at 8.00 am alway says server busy. this means when ever important the site not working..why not changing the server.

IRCTC — IRCTC Online Service Not working

IRCTC site is down and i cannot see my PNR status. I have to travel tomorrow eraly morning, but i donot know if my ticket is confirmed.

i am sure there are some problem at Irctc Team.

they are doing not well at 8:00am for tatkal booking.

they do server's busy till 8 am to 8 30

there are doing some manule busy to servers.

plz take any action with irctc. why they do this ?

no any pepole can make their tatkal ticket online.

they have a system but they not able to get confirm ticket.

in this case they have to pay extar money to agent. to get confirm ticket.

there is no option for all pepole.

plz do the need full with irtct system.
IRCTC websites never works between 8AM and 8:20 AM, by then the TATKAL tickets get filled. I heard from my colleagues that agents login gets preference during these time & a normal user hardly get a chance login successfully.

The IRCTC website management is definitely involved in this. This has to be solved somehow.

i am the agent of irctc my user id itzc8139 since it was not conforming tickets from my bank account and not processing of any tickets. When we booked on line tickets but we press the submit button of bank account but not any further process and not debited from my account and not accepting irctc plz solve the problem immediately and any requirements please sent e-mail to my account my mail id is "[protected]@yahoomail.com" and my contact no is [protected]

it is simply impossible to get a confirmed ticket through irctc site for a popular train since the site even doesn't allow to login... by the time u login, the availability in tatkal goes to a good waitlist no... however, this problem doesn't persist at agent's end... i think u have to b an agent to get a confirmed ticket ;-)
For the past 2 nights (I live in US and have to transact at that time because its hard to get some customer service at all 24/7 as advertised) I have been trying to book a ticket for my family from New Delhi to Lucknow. I have attempted at least 10 times using my Amex and Visa cards on their ICICI, Amex, Citi, Axis bank gateways, but have been unsuccessful thus far. Worse, the charges are showing up on my Amex credit card even though the transaction shows it failed. What a rip-off. I sent an email complaint copying their MD and another Director (Catering Svcs) but have not received any response. The customer service sends a run off the mill response that the problem is at my bank's end.

I have used these credit cards for numerous transactions in India and abroad on other suppliers, never once had any issues. Whats so special about IRCTC. These folks have 30 different payment gateways to list.. not one of them seems to work. I think rather than spawning so many eggs, they need to work on ONE gateway that would just work and alleviate the misery of the customer.

Lately I see some promo emails from IRCTC regarding packages, shubh yatra. what not. I say forst work on your revenue generation system before go out and beat the drums about the new services. Whats the use of these new fancy footwork if the basic things are not in order.

Being an Indian I used to very proudly tell my US colleagues of how we have technologically advanced citing the IRCTC.. I guess thats all BS now. No one wants to listen. What started out as an excellent system with a lot of potential seems to be languishing.. and the folks at the helm have no clue.

I sincerely hope someone out there in IRCTC is listening. It was not this bad earlier.

The IRCTC internet reservation system is totally waste and it never works perfectly.

actually the IT team for IRCTC is totally crap and no one knows anything about server and networking atleast let them lean the basic things and work.

When ever i try i get service unavailable and cash jumps from bank without ticket booking.
