[Resolved]  Irctc — IRCTC Server Problem

hi,

the irctc site is not at all working.

most of the time after login it and and some time even it is showing service unavailable.

please lookinto the same.

IRCT - services no going very worst even after the new version -

If IRCTC is not compenent, let them outsource to TOP IT giants to maintain it liem corporates IBS etc

I can't cancel my tickets as it says "webpage not available" and its temporarily down. Why can't they make a more stable site?

Amount deductated but ticket not booked.

I booked eticket for Rajkot to Surat in Okja Puri train for[protected] on[protected] at 7 pm . I made payment through my sbi debit card for rs 370 . Amount deducted but i have not received eticket or pnr number. However my Account has been debited by Rs 380 inclusive bank servise charge.
Kindly refund the same. Below my sbi account summary

I am unable to book the tickets online. Any problem with the website. Is it down. when will it be repaired.

IRCTC.CO.IN is the worst website in the world.We have to make minimum 20 attempts to book a ticket and even then there is no gurantee.I am trying to book a ticket from the last one hour and still can't do it.Why can't the authorities increase the infrastructure considering it is a very busy website..Govt should terminate contract with IRCTC immediately.Its just not me, many people and my friends face the same problem

Dec 25, 2010 - today the irctc site is not opening at all, *** Service unavailable ** confirmed loction or hyderabad / bangalore / chennai ..I think this site is always under maintenance.. at the time of 8am also in every morning !

IRCTC SEVER PROBLEM AMOUNT DEDUCTED BUT TICKET NOT BOOKED.
I TRIED TWICE BUT I AM ANABLE TO GENERATE THE TICKET VIA IRCTC HENCE I AM REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE REFUND THE AMOUNT.

I tried to book the ticket from by SBI debit card from the irctc website. The booking process struck in between as the web page saying "this site cannot be opened". This happened twice and I lost around Rs.800+ in this process. The ticket charges has been deducted from my SBI account and the booking history do not show any booking of tickets. Will I get my money back? If yes how much time will it take?

Worst service.After login I typed train name but names from irctc not visible for 1 hour.
After opening the site it says "done but with error on page" it means actually you book your ticked and payment is deducted from your account but ticket was not actually booked by irctc.

Some one has to done something.

If you want to book your ticket in "tatkal" quota, site dose not open on 8 am it opens near about 11 am so you cant book "TATKAL" ticket online.

HI need to take the printout of the already booked tickets of tomorrow . But, the irctc is down since yesterday what should i do????

IRCTC online Ticket reservation — Intentionally blocked the site

Hi,

I have been observing that the online reservation does not start at the mentioned hour i.e., 8:00 AM IST.
Although the Travel Agents are able to book tickets starting from the same hour.

The time on the website is 5 - 10 minutes behind from the actual time.

Its always whenever we try to reserve the railway ticket in Tatkal Quota, we are not able to do that before 9:00 AM IST, and by that time the Availability goes out.

I think there is some setting of Travel Agents and Railway which blocks all the reservation request other than agents. (Also the agents get a separate software for reservation Why is that so??)

IRCTC — Server not operating

Though filling all the required details to book the ticket, it is showing some error & is directed to log in page. I have tried it @ 10 times, but in vain.
Pls. let me know when server will start to operate?
