[Resolved]  IRCTC — Problems with online transactions - reg.

Hi,

I have tried to book two tickets from COIMBATORE (CBE) to HYDERABAD (HYB). My account has been debited a sum of rupees 1045 but I have not received the tickets and did not find them in the "booked tickets" menu also. I have written about this issue to [protected]@irctc.com but have not received any replies.

Hi,

I have tried to book two tickets from VISAKHAPATNAM (VSP) to HYDERABAD (HYB). My account has been debited a sum of rupees Rs.618/- through ID [protected], [protected] but I have not received the tickets and did not find them in the "booked tickets" menu also. I have written about this issue to [protected]@irctc.com but have not received any replies.

i mr shaikh ayub complaining u that some days before i booked an e-ticket from my irctc personal id and now i wanted to cancel this ticket but the proble is that in my id no such ticket showing so please help me out of it as early as possible. the ticket details are as follows

i have booked an e-ticket through irctc. but haven't got the printable ticket. money for the ticket has been deducted from mu=y account.

I tried to book e-ticket through irctc.co.in but could not done because of server problem and 5 times they deducted money from my account my user name is PURESEVEN.

usually i receive ticket next day by courier on my given address, this time i have booked my ticket on 26th july saturday and today is wednesday 30th july, i have not yet received my tickets.

I have tried to book ticket from Chennai Central (MAS) to Chennganur(CNGR). My account has been debited a sum of rupees 3855 but I have not received the ticket and did not find that in the "booked tickets" menu also. I have written about this issue to [protected]@irctc.com.

I have tried to book two tickets. One form CSTM to BTI (21 Jan 2009) & Second BTI to CSTM (3 Feb 2009). My account has been debited a sum of rupees Rs.1363 x 3 for through ID [protected] (BTI to CSTM), [protected] and[protected] but I have not received the tickets and did not find them in the "booked tickets" menu also. Pathetic travel agent authorised by ITZ & Railways doing chitting with NRI clints, I wont to do complaint against shriji travel located in shree complex dabhoi road, He has taken 5000/-Rs as comformed ticket in tatkal from vadodara to mumbai, & for further other bookings, As per my instruction he has booked one tatkal ticket in 3tyre ac in baroda express & cancalled the same booking due to wait list ticket issued in tatkal, I demand him to give my money back but he excuise that total 5000/- rupees was our service charge including govt railway charges, You wont belive he has charge for only one ticket( one passenger) in three tyre ac tatkal & cancalled the same ticket & not given me back a single rupee..

I will request for display of timings for booking of tickets through website as I tried to book ticket after 8.00 PM amd went upto bebit through ATM, amount was debited but ticket could not be printed as it was not accepting words to be typed as on display or may be any other reason. i HAVE SENT comlaint to [protected]@irctc but no response recd. my amount wasted.
I have opened your profile form to fill up my name etc.
In the Nationality colum, countries names are given and How can I fill my nationality as Indian and there is no column there.
No:2: date of birth if it is 20.6.1924, there is no provision in the form.

Pl rectify these errors.

My account has been debited a sum of rupees 298 but I have not received the tickets and did not find them in the "booked tickets" menu also. I have written about this issue to [protected]@irctc.com but have not received any replies.
