How are I can you understand that myself and my wife has not travelled on PNR NO-[protected] on the same day and time. But in your mail you have mentioned only 140 Rupess as has to be credit in my account. That is not True. The total amount, which has to be credit in my account is 280 rupees for two persons those has not travelled in the train due the the train late.
Sir, you are requested to pleases see all the details mentioned below and refund my money as 280 Rupees instead of 140 rupees as early as possible. I shall wait for your reply.

IRCTC — non-refund of due amount of cancelled tickets
Dear Sir,I had cancelled some tickets using the online ticket booking system of Indian Railways.Its now more than 3 weeks after cancellation but still the amount which has to be refunded has not been credited in my account. I checked the cancellation status in my IRCTC account and it shows that the amount has been refunded. On checking the transaction's status in my debit cards's account I found that the amount has not been refunded.The details of the ticket, transactions, and my IRCTC account are as such:

I have lost my patience after calling again and again on the IRCTC customer care numbers[protected],[protected]. I have also called the corporate office of IRCTC[protected]/4) but still i dont get any response. First of all no one dares to answer the phone, and on that the system is so bad that it automatically disconnects you after a certain interval of time. This means just keep calling and praying that someone will answer the call. I also tried to send emails to both `[protected]@irctc.co.in` as well as `[protected]@irctc.co.in` but all in vain.
The IRCTC website has no instruction about where to go and what to do in case customer care and emails fail. I am in an absolute chaos now and have almost left the hope for refund. It would a real miracle if something comes out of this post.
