[Resolved]  Irctc — cancellation of tickets

dear sir,

i want to cancell etickets with PNR nO[protected].
but as the id is freezed, i can not do.
kindly cancell the tickets with names-

nila -age50

I have book two tickets for single travel via request No. [protected] & [protected] for the same amount. The e-ticketing has shown as single booking but through my credit statement it is showing the other way. Pleas make it convenient to return the fare submitted on one of the ticket.

train ticket — refund failed ticket fare

sir/mam,
I have booked tickets in IRCTC website to travel doon express(13009) dated 30/06/12 from howrah jn to bareilly jn in 3AC, i booked tickets on[protected], but the payment transaction has failed and they showed some error in the server, but Rs.1044 has been deducted from my account and i didn't get any ticket from irctc, then again i have tried & i got my ticket, but previous transaction was unsuccessful but my money has deducted without any ticket. now what should i do to get my money back? i have the transaction reference with me. here it is"[protected]IGA0187470 TRANSFER TO [protected] SBI I.R.C.T.C. " kindly help me to get my money back.

i booked a ticket online through irctc on 23 11.2011 for Agra Cantt. to Patna Jn, journey to be performed on 19.12.2011 having PNR No. [protected] and transaction ID [protected]. the train was cancelled and we face more difficulties. the amount of ticket should immediately be return back to concern bank account by the railway authority but it was not done by the authority.
i filed a TDR online on 31.03.2011. till date i have not received my money back. please do let me know if any formalities to be done at my end.

I booked a ticket from bareilly to basti in Satyuagrah exp. on 16.05.2012 that was cancelled by me on 17.05.2012 but the amount to be refunded to my account is not credited so for .When I gone through the detail of refund status I found that the refundable amount was refunded to my account on 20.05.2012, therefore it is requested you to refund the respective amount as soon as possible. pnr [protected] from rjy(rajahmundry) to tpj(tiruchichirapalli) dt 29/05/2012 four passengers general quota, train no 12665 and pnr no [protected] from rjy(rajahmundry) to tpj(tiruchichirapalli) dt 29/05/2012 three passengers general quota, train no 12665, booked on 11/04/2012 .but the tickets are not confirmed.the train arrival time to rjy (rajahmundry) is at 9.20.knowing the fact and trying for cancellation, the information displayed is that chart prepared, not possible for cancellation.please see that for cancellation, at 10.05(22.05) pm they said the chart was prepared.now i am lodging this complaint at 8.05 am on 29 /05/2012
I booked a ticket vide PNR No;[protected]to go Chennai on 10/06/2012 and wait list status after chart preparation was 5.Therefore when I tried to cancel my ticket I could not cancel it.
I hence request to cancel the above ticket
