[Resolved]  Irctc — cancellation of tickets

Dear sir.
Please cancel mu e-ticket PNR NO [protected].Transaction ID no [protected]. I have tried on line cancellation of e-ticket, but it failed/did not processed futher and refund the amount to my account. please infrom me as in mu e-mail id son.[protected]@gmail.com

I booked my e-ticket on 16th of Nov. 2012 from kalyan to chalisgaon for the date 27/11/2012. The train no.is 11026DN pune bhusaval express, For 3 persons. It is charged Rs. 259/- as well as the amt. is debited to my a/c but I don't received e-ticket. I don't receive any message also. Please guide me now what should I do?

kindly refund Rs. 1990.OO for cancellation of e-ticket from BE to GHY vide PNR No.[protected] dated 16th of Nov'12.
