[Resolved] Irctc — Unable to Cancel booked e-ticket

Sir/Madam PNR NO.[protected] TRANSACTION ID:[protected] With reference to the above, I have booked on 12.05.08 e-ticket in Indian RAilways (IRCTC) from KADUR TO BANGALORE (YESVANTPUR)travelled on 25.05.08 same has not appearing in my booked eticket history nor i am not able to cancell. Now i have to cancell my ticket what do now. I fact i have called so many times and i have sent a emial twice to customer care one MS.Kadambari to help in this reagard but she has not responded properly to my request nor they are not bothered to replay. With reference to the above, I have booked on 27/5/2008 e-ticket in
Indian RAilways (IRCTC) from Boarding KOTA JN(KOTA)
DURG(DURG) because some social issue all the trains are canceled .My
previous train NIZAMUDDIN EXP train no .2415 is also cancelled here,
thats why i am unable to reach kota .So I want to cancel my ticket .

I am also attached and sending my booked ticket formate, Now i have
to cancel my ticket and refund my total fare amount .

Please help in this regard.

with reference to above pnr no. i had booked a ticket for date of journey 24.06.08 from GUWAHATI TO LUCKNOW.now iam not getting the booked ticket status for my ticket and neither is it being canceled.
kindly pay attention to my complaint or i will have to take some more strict measure.

sir, i have booked a ticket for 10th march 2009 with transaction id-[protected] and pnr no-[protected] for four passengers.now i want to cancell two of passenger from the list.i am trying to cancell the ticket but unable to find the "history of booked ticket" icon for doing the same.
what to do .please help.

i am unable to cancell my booked e- ticket because after entering to my id page is not showing the cancell booked ticket icon on the left side of the page.i tried so many time.ticket detail is as follows-
