[Resolved]  Irctc — Unable to book ticket online

Dear Sir,

i have tried to book e-ticket in irctc site. but problem is SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE . why this problem. Please improve ur site maintenance.

i have tried to book e-ticket in irctc all process is completed and i enterd my SBI ATM card no and everything, finally when i made pay ment its shows -REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&

What is the problem whether the ticket is reserved or not. i do i know will the banker take mony from my A/C...? will you respond to my complaint.??

i had booked a ticket in tatkal sewa from bhopal to new delhi, date feb 22, train no 2192 (JBP NDLS SUP EX). I had provided with my HDFC credit card no -[protected], and other card details. An amount of Rs 1005 has been deducted from my card, but i have not received ticket booking confirmation. I have checked with my bank. i want the amount deducted to be refunded back in to my account as early as possible.

I had booked e-ticket thrice for the same date. after all the transactions, the page gets expired. and i m not able to get a booked ticket...and my money is lost.

after selecting the payment type and after entering the card details whn i press submit it is hanging and the messages dispaying on the screen is REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&

I have tried to book an e-ticket from madurai to chennai . I have submitted all my details including the SBI debit card number. The ticket fare has even got deducted from my State Bank of India Savings account. But it is showing an error of "Page Expired" and the ticket has not been booked. I request the IRCTC people to refund my money back.

after booking & feeling all information message came that card is not activated so please what to do please tell

Please tell me the procedure to book ticket from SBI credit card because when i am going in payment option in credit card menu there is no option for SBI credit card.There is option for ICICI, HDFC, Axis and other credit card.

Kindly told me accurate procedure for booking ticket from SBI credit card

ihave cancelled the booking of ticket before it could be paid but i got an sms that the money is deducted please look into the matter and refund the amount as i am not able to locate the bookedhistory also.

I have tried to book an e-ticket under General quota from Patna(PNBE) to Dadar(DR). I have submitted all my details including the PNB debit card number. The ticket fare has even got deducted from my Punjab National Bank Savings account. But it is showing an error of "Page Expired" and the ticket has not been booked. I request the IRCTC people to refund my money back.But I am Not recieved my debited amount in my account.
