[Resolved] Irctc — Not getting Mobile Verification Password | |
Dear Sir, Whenever I was opening the irctc for tkt booking, it was showing update your profile. It was not accepting my old Mobile no(Showing this mobile no is already registered) so forcefully I have to enter the new mobile no. Now I am still waiting (from last five days) for the Mobile Verification Password for my login (rksharma28). I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in 8 times and made calls to there Customer care twice. They promised me they will reply within 24-48 hrs. But I didn't received any reply. What to do? I have to start my journey today as well as take the printouts and cancel some tkts. I have no option left. Please help me..... Was this information helpful? | |

Today upadating my profile i have change my mobile number in my account. But the mobile number does not change also error displayed "Mobile number entered is already registered"
you are requested to update my new mobile number(+[protected] inset of old mobile number(+[protected]and sent verification code to new mobile number at the earliest for which i shall remain grateful to you.
your early action in this regard is highly appreciated.

main tatkal booking ke liye jab bhi internet open karta hoon, open hota hi nahi hai, agar open hota bhi hai to after 10.30.A.M. tab tak W/L 15 or 20 ho jata hai, Main apse nivedan karta hoon ya to net service ko thik karo ya band kar do. Public ka samay to kharab nahi hoga.

Dear Sir, My IRCTC login id is Honey_1, but now I am not access my account due to non avaibility of mobile verification code. I contacted with customer care also today, they replied that my mobile verification will be get in 2-3 days but over net shows that mobile verification code delivered successfully but I could not get verification code. Hi, This is Rathish. I have created an account in IRCTC, but i didn't get any mobile verification code until now. After some times i have changed my mobile number also. In that number also i didn't get any verification code until now. when i click on resend option for entering the new verification code, in that also i didn't get ant verification code. It showing "This mobile number is already registered in your profile. Please enter different mobile number". In the new mobile number also i didn't get any sms, ... please check it as soon as possible.

I got letter from them accepting my user name & password and also mentioned that mobile activation code has been sent to my registered mobile No. 91-[protected], but same has not been received in my mobile till now (1315 Hrs). For activation of the registration and booking of tickets, I urgently require the Mobile verification
code. Can you help me on this ??

i completed the registration process just now. but my email id has typed as wrong. so i have not found the verification code for log in my id. how can it solve please guide me.
