[Resolved]  IRCTC / Eticket — TDR filed for PNR([protected]) refund awaited

I have filed a TDR on 31-May-2009 due to delay of train and that is also Admin approved in June and now it's December still I am waiting for the money to be credited in my account. Beside I have written a mail to irctc([protected]@irctc.co.in) in sep-2009 and reminder on[protected].

So I like to know How I will get my refund.

Sir,
I got cancelled my ticket PNR no [protected] but refund is still awaited while status shows "Pessenger not trevelled" & TDR status is "Admin approved".
Would it be looked into please.

After completion of 6 month still current status shown refund under process. pls. do the needful

Irctc / Eticket — wrong information of e-ticket on website

Dear customer care,

Repeat same problem/mistake again???

When I booked e-ticket in morning 8 am than its shows availability 2 in kaligutkal on 22 oct-09.

But when I take print out than its shows waiting 82?

What is this, why you doing this thing waste my money and time also?

Irctc / Eticket — about e-ticket faulty server

on date 07/06/10 i tried to book e-ticket at my home.when i full fill all the information then giving detail of payment option SBI Debit card no.[protected] submitted.then after some time the error shows on my screen FAULTY SERVER .card holder name is Mrudula K Makadia .when i check my ATM cum Debit Card Rs.5016 Debit from account . So kindly reply on this complaint as sson as possible.Please take some serious action against this kind of faulty operations i hope this type of problem never come again in future.

IRCTC/e-ticket — refund for TDR filed E-Ticket

Dear SIr,
I had booked the e-ticket for 30/12/2010 (Date of Journey) from Trivandrum CNTL(TVC) to Vadodara(BRC) on Train No. & Name: 12431/RAJDHANI EXP. But the last time of departure, TTR informed that the train was not going to VADODARA its only go up to PANVEL and also train was late more than 3 and half an hour on departure from trivandrum. So due to this reason we have cancelled the trip and file the TDR for the ticket. but the truth is that ticket cash is not yet refunded. so please do the need full for that. Ticket details are given below.
