[Resolved] IRCTC Food Catering — Price Too High & worst food | |||
Hi, I was Travelling from Dadar to satna, I am submitting this reply while reached my destination train B2 Coach # No 13 berth, after having my RUBBISH FOOD Supplied by IRCTC catering Staff. Today is[protected] @ 12:34 PM IST. My PNR Ticket# 94RM45F60H and blank paper ticket no. is C206164 Train # 12141, Ragendra nagar super fast train. Since on ie. 8th June 2011 wednesday, when I boarded this train from Dadar Central to satna at 23:42 PM, When IRCTC Staff came on 9th june morning at 9 AM and took an order for Lunch and when I asked him what is available he said only Veg. meals. I was left with NO option and I asked him to bring one, when he brought it, I took one spoon and it was Rubbish, I could not eat even one spoon of rice and curd was also sour and stinking. I had NO option than to throw that veg.meals (as it is named) in the Drain. I made a complaint to the staff who brought it & why its price to high(65/- without water,paranthe,pickles,paneer) he said what can I do? we don't have any control over it & Fixed price. Sensing that, he is a poor staff I paid him for the Lunch Packet which I had thrown in the Drain. When Contacted Catering Manager in ths train. Despite my several calls he didn't come with the complaint book & When i imposed him for complaints book so they used very abuse language.which i dont want 2 share with the passengers of indian railway. The Catering is been done by: Mr. Rakesh sharma, M/s Sunshine caterers pvt ltd.(LIcenses Pantry Car 2141/2142.) IRCTC is Providing WORST/RUBISH Food to its Travellers & it is too costly also. There is NO Link on www.IRCTC.co.in for Complaints regarding Catering / Supplies in Running Trains. IRCTC has Mordenised in just Booking eTickets, Putting Google ADs and Earning Revenues from that but NOT Providing Good FOOD & WATER to its Travellers. I APPEAL to the Honourable HIGH COURT, they should NOT ACCEPT the Letter from IRCTC that they have improved their FOOD, just by giving MONEY & Contract to IMRB they have managed to get the Certificate. Can any one SUGGEST, where can I File an Official Complaint against IRCTC Catering Department Head, it seems they are EARNING TONS of Money as BRIBE from these Catering Contractors due to which General Public travelling in these Long Distance Trains have to FACE the Difficulty of travelling. Some thing should be done in this regard URGENTLY. I would again say that even a dog cannot consume this type of stale Food. Better pay heed to my complaint, or else I be forced to go ahead. Regards!
