[Resolved] Irctc — non-generation of e-ticket | |||
Date: 19 Oct, 10 Subject: Online booking through irctc.co.in Respected Sir, I would like to get your kind attention on the problems faced by me while using Internet Booking facility to book my ticket for my journey on www.irctc.co.in. IRCTC web service is a disaster. You would reach peak of your frustration booking tickets online. The server threw a message 'Unable to retrieve due to communication failure' while I was booking my ticket on 18 Oct10 through irctc.co.in. I completed all process and payment gateways charged the payment but didn't issue me ticket. I got the message from irctc “sorry for Unable to retrieve your ticket due to communication failure” and Rs 644/-was charged from my SBI A/C No. [protected]. So, I request you sir please look in to this matter to issue me either journey ticket or deposit the same amount in my SBI A/C .Required documents is attached herewith . Thank you. COLLECT, against which i was transferred to SBI bank site and made a payment of Rs 644 [Six hundred and forty-four], the amount has been deducted but the next page that gives me the ERS did not load and a message [SERVICE UNAVAILABLE] was diplayed, i closed it and then checked my booked tkts history and there is no tkt there.but the amount has been deducted from my account in SBI, This is ridiculous now i got to pay again for the same tkt?? IRCTC — NON GENERATION OF E TICKET
This is in referernce to the booking of eticket using irctc website. A transaction of Rs 371 took place from my account but my ticket was not generated.I was booking a ticket from bhusawal to new delhi via amritsar express on 3 june 2010.i made transaction using my sbi atm cum debit card.- ajay jamodkar

I Booked the ticket on 4-1-12 from secunderabad to tenali. at the time of booking money deducted from bank account But Ticket was not booked. The Money will be refund or not.TransID [protected].
