to day I have booked tickets totaling Rs.2298/= from thanjavur to Chennai by train number 16180 under
3A journey date 22/11/2012, but the ticket has not been shown and the booking is not confirmed, whereas I have received payment of Rs.2298/= SMS. Then I booked another ticket for the same amount same passengers and the payment has been accepted ticket is confirmed. Now payment is made double. Hence I request to refund the amount if you have received twice. Failed transaction id is [protected] Rs.2298/=

i booked a ticket on 30th pnr no [protected] for 6th dec it,was in waiting,later i cancelled it on 2nd dec. but till nw i havent got my money back .please let me know how much time it is going to take.
sir/mam, my name is swaroop. I had booked a ticket from new delhi to ranchi on 28th of november 2012. it was an e- ticket and i had opted for 2nd a.c,as soon as checked the status,i found it to be in the waiting list. so within 2 mins i cancelled it as well and again booked a ticket in 3rd a.c which i got confirmed. but sir/mam i the amount of that cancelled ticket hasnt been credited to my account yet. i even called the customer care bt didnt get my problem resolved. they said my ticket got confirmed right after i booked it. if such rule is there i was unfortunately not aware of it,otherwise i wouldnt have cancelled it.i have not received any mails neither after ticket reservation nor after the cancellation......................................................... being a student from a middleclass family it will be a big financial loss for me...please look after my problem and try to refund atleat a lil amount...i will be grateful to you.....

DETAIL Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience.Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No.[protected] has been forwarded to CCM/ECR Railway on 10-Mar-2012 .We have already issued Reminders on 18-Jul-2012 and 20-Feb-2013 and 20-Mar-2013 to concerned railway to chase up the case.But despite reminders refund is yet to be received from the concerned railway.Now we have sent another reminder on 15-May-2013 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.

I have booked the ticket for 3 persons -PNR No - [protected] Train No -05903 DOJ -14th July 2013 but only one person was travelled & i have informed to T C of that coach & he has updated the detail for DDR & confiremd that you will get the refund soon but still i have not recived the refund ...Pls check & advice the way forward.
on 22.6.2013 I reserved one tatkal tkt in Howrah mail, the position was Wl 7&8.
when I cancelled it on the same day by 15-30 wl nos were same.

I was denied refund saying " the tkt was confirmed after chart preparation".
after refund IRCTC does not write the refund date.

when money is deducted but reservation is not made IRCTC should transact the future one with that money plus...they should not say they will returned it within next 3-4 days.

after cancellation it takes 24 hrs to registered it as cancelled in their own site and 72 hrs plus to give the money back...why can not it be faster.

10 transaction can be made in one Id...it counts the cancellation as transaction.

I had booked a Tatkal train ticket on 09.01.14 but train was 17 hours late. When I called IRCTC. Customer care told me that you sent a mail for cancelled the ticket & I sent the mail for cancellation. I am called to CC many times regarding this but nothing happen.IRCTC telling neither I cancelled the ticket nor filling the TDR so we are unable to process. But as per instruction of IRCTC, I sent the mail for cancellation then where is my fault??

I have booked a ticket on 14 mar 14 for the date 12May14 vide Pnr no.[protected], Transaction Id [protected] and Train No.52564 for AcCC of Bogie No.C1 . There are three members in the same ticket from Patharkandi to Agartala and it was confirmed ticket and costing 1050 Rs but at the particular date the ac/cc bogie was not available and the replacement Bogie for that was also not available and i hav travelled in a general bogie So kindly refund the money to my account

I was having a IRCTC ticket for 02 person in 01452- LJN PUNE SPL having PNR[protected].

The running status updates of the train for Habibganj (Bhopal) as per the information provided by 139 (both IVR and direct chat) misled me and I missed the train due to 139 train running updates.

The status updates for HABIBGANJ station was

1. 26 minutes late at Habibganj and train will reach at 19:14 hrs (Call recording Attached as 1)

2. 2 hour 31 minute late andtrain will reach at 21:19 hrs(Call recording Attached as 2)

3. 2 hour 35 minute late andtrain will reach at 21:23 hrs and leave at 21:25 hrs.

So believing 139, I reached Habibganj station at 2100 hrs but shocked to know that the train had already left at 20:45 hrs. The Station Master told me that the train came at 20:28 hrs and left at 20:45 hrs.

But Railways said IRCTC is third party and only IRCTC to be blamed and can help me out in this. So I made a call to IRCTC customer care but they also did not provide me any help except guiding me about how can I get refund. (customer care call recording attached as 3)

Any how now I have reached Pune on[protected] by Habibganj Pune Special by booking Tatkal ticket for train running on[protected].

I was travelling with my wife and 1 year old kid. I have to take extra leave from my job and booked a new ticket for travel.

I hope you understand the pain I have gone through due to misleading info by 139 (IRCTC) and would like to see what sort of help IRCTC can provide me to pacify this harassment which occurred due to lag on IRCTC part.

Kindly go through attachments as well.

Sir, I have tried to book my ticket on dated 02/June/2014 and 03/June/2014.
As everything was going well when i was booking my ticket but when the transaction
has been done then after no ticket has been showing at that time and my money has been
deducted from my bank account. This happened 1 times on 02/June/2014 with transaction id [protected] and when i again tried to book my ticket on 03/June/2014 with transaction id [protected] then same problem arises but the transaction refunding assurance information has been shown at that time.Kindly help me to refund my money its approximately 1300 overall.

i have booked a ticket (e-ticket) on 05 Oct 14 from mumbai to Delhi pnr no. [protected] and cancelled the ticket on 29 Oct 14. i did not get refund till now.
i have still not received my money.
