[Resolved]  IRCTC - Indian Railways (CaresignIRCTC.co.in) — TICKET CANCELLATION MONEY NOT REFUNDED YET

Dear Sir ,

I have booked an e-ticket from irctc the website of indian railways on [protected] from Old delhi (DLI) to Chapraa (CPR) having pnr no "[protected]" & Transaction ID "[protected] "
for date of journey on[protected] .

The train name was Avadh Assam Exp ; Train no - 5610. The no of passengers booked in the ticket were 04.The total amount of the ticket was Rs. 1302/ (Ticket charge Rs.1292 + Internet service charge Rs. 10/-) . It was sleeper class of general quota & was waiting ticket for all the 04 members.Later i have cancelled 01 person (named dalip kumar ;20 ) from the above ticket on[protected] ,

As per irctc rules an amount of Rs. 303/- was refunded to me, which was also shown by IRCTC on their "cancelled ticket history page" but the same is not transferred to my ICICI bank account yet. It is requested to please help.

While updating my profile in today morning by mistake my Email ID changed by me i, e in place of [protected]@ntpc.co.in It was typed as [protected]@ntpcco.in & As a result I have not yet received my password.in my Email ID through which I am sending this mail.The Email ID was already registered with you.
As I have to cancel my urgent ticket for tomorrow journey Kindly send me the pass word at the earliest on this Email ID .May Kindly treated as most urgent please.I have also lodged complaint over[protected] & Ticket no is IRCTC #401013.
Kindly extend help on priority.

I have cancelled my e-ticket, Transaction no. [protected] and PNR no. [protected] on 18.02.12 but I did not get any information regarding refund order.
Please take action at the earliest.

sir as i mention the detail above its all are the problem of settlement of failed transaction which the detail showed that payment not received by bank so please check n verify the detail and return my amount of rupees-3215.00 as soon as possible in my account and plz inform me soon .

Sir, i booked e-tickets, and transaction money Rs 1181 deducted from my bank A/c, but the ticket was not boooked showing as transaction invalid page expired, so please kindly guide that how and when the amount debited from my account would be reversed.

sir, i had cancelled two tickets before 15days and the money is not still refunded to my account.

Dear IRCTC,
on 19/5/12, I have booked a e ticket through irctc.co.in,
form CHENNAI CENTRAL to JAIPUR with a date of journey 22/05/2012,
with the name of one passenger (DHRUV GUPTA), through Netbanking of BOB
The total fare of Rs -4045 has been deducted from my bank account,
but no ticket was shown ( Transaction Failed ) in booked history.
Payment is deducted from my bank Acount.
So kindly Book the ticket or credit the amount back in my account. The statement showing deduction
of description through: irctc kindly give me credit back to my saving account.

there is no drinking water available at kodarma railway station. all the tap and hand pump were dead..

I missed train 12002 Bhopal Shatabdi of 14 Dec 2013 from NDLS to BPL. Kindly refund amount to may a/c of SBI. PNR number - [protected] and Txn ID - [protected]. Train was at 0600 hrs. I reached Paharganj side at 0540 hrs due to traffic jam before entrance of Rly Stn, I could not enter stn. Then I went to Ajmeri gate side. There also I could not enter at approach of stn. I started walking with suitcase/bag of 15 kg wt. Ultimately when I reached platform number 1, the train departed. I contacted Stn superintendent/Stn manager, he told, "Since I am not present in the train i.e., I am absent in my seat, it will be automatically refunded in my account". But till now it is not refunded in my a/c.

CANCEL TICKET AMOUNT NOT RECEIVD - Indian Railway
I cancelled my ticket in Sanghmitra Express(12296) from patna to Bangalore city of 4th january 2014 in 2nd class AC but didnt get the amount back in my SBI account as i got message that money will be refunded in due time.PNR number of my ticket was [protected] and the amount was 2865.I hope I get the money soon as if it is resolved soon.I will be thankful to Indian Railway and i cancelled my ticket on 28th Dec 2013.

Dear Sir,

I booked two tickets from my irctc account
1.)PNR No :[protected] and Reference NO : [protected](NDLS to BE)
2.) PNR NO:[protected] and Reference NO:[protected](BE to NDLS)

The one from BE to NDLS were refunded but the second one was not.

So plz look into this query or guide me what can be done.
