Sir, I could not log in as I forgot my user id & password.Hence I request you to cancel my registration that contains all details so as to enable me to re- register. I am seeking your reply as early.

I have registered my for on line railway ticket booking with www.irctc.co.in in 2009. Now I could not get the site opened for on line ticket booking. I request you kindly to cancel all existing registration for on line ticket booking through irctc so as to enable me to register afresh for on line railway ticket booking.or send link site for registration to my New address. I have been trying to get myself/my Mobile numbers registered, as prelude to booking of Rail tickets.
I have possibly made repeated mistakes in the attempts in registration &/or was repeatedly faulted due to slow action.The position now is that all of my/family mobile numbers are shown as recorded in future attemps & fresh registration attempts fail.Due to reasons of privacy I am giving out only my Email Id(kaulak.[protected]@rediffmail.com/kaulppk.[protected]@rediffmail.com)with request for cancellation of all the PW's alloted by you for these Email ID's/related mobile numbers.
Please cancell all the previously recorded/alloted ID's to these Email ID's so that making fresh are poosible for registration.I have seen my friends getting their tickets through internet hence will like to get myself registrered as a Senior citizen user.Thanks in anticipation, A.K.kaul.
