IRCTC — No Refund for TDR

Hello,
I had raised a TDR for the following ticket. It been more then 5 months and there is no news about the refund :( Could you please guide me.

With respect I want to inform you that I have file TDR request due to ticket is not confimed as TDR issue of Amount 1528/=my journey was from NEW DELHI to COIMBTORE on 3rs A/C PNR NO: [protected] but till the date I didn't received any amount i have complained so many times but I didn't got any solution, Kindly I request you to plz tell me wht sud i do and when I will receive my amount of Rs 1528.

Ticket no. 46095766/3 AC/PNR[protected] dated 01 Jun 2007 from Roorkee to Lucknow was cancelled by me due to the non-confirmation of the ticket.refund was not paid saying the facility of refund on tickets done on credit card was not available at Roorkee.It is two n a half year now but the refund never reached me. The TDR no is 723534 amount Rs 1220/- Dted 1/6/07. Pse d somrthing about it.

I have already fild tdr for the pnr non: [protected], but still i have not get the refund already 6 monts over, The journey date is 01/07/2009. I am requestin u kindly see this send as early as possible

Irctc Website — TDR Not Refunded

Hi

I have booked the Railway ticket @ irctc.co.in on[protected]. The total cost of the ticket is Rs 5400.00 (3 AC) - 4 Passengers. It was a wait listed ticket and after the chart perparation only 1 passenger was confirmed and rest were all waitlisted.

We cancelled our travelling plan and filed the TDR online.

After one month the status shows

Refund Status : Refunded
Refund Date : 30-Jun-2010
Refund Amount : Rs.3442.00
( I HAVE NOT GOT ANY REFUND)

I have checked with my Credit Card bank and as per them they have not received any payment till date. I have been following up with the irctc staff and the way they behave it PATHETIC. I have mailed them several time but only the ticket was created and no action has been taken.
