Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a train ticket from Ranchi to Howrah under Sleeper. Because of some reasons the train was cancelled.
I filed a TDR in IRCTC.according to irctc it will take around 90days to return the money into my account.
I filed the TDR on 17th October 2010.Still now the amount was not refunded.
Please do the needful.

This is regarding My untravelled ticket cancellation

I have raised TDR thru IRTC for untravelled ticket for the month of June 10th 2010 but status was in process ....

Untravelled Ticket - 10th June 2010 from KQN to MS
Travelled Ticket - 11th June 2010 from KQN to MS

This year IRCTC was deactivating multiple accounts so one of my account got disabled stating dual account so when asked for activating they mailed me stating i have raised false TDR ,

How is it possible when i have both PNR with my name and my wife .....

so how to proceed , I've already mailed to IRCTC regarding this and now they have taken up with railway after 11 months when i said i have proof of stay at the location....

I filed a TDR in IRCTC.according to irctc it will take around 90days to return the money into my account.

I have filed TDR long time back in 2012, even after sending multiple reminder mails, I did not get any answer expect "your request has been forwarded to concerned department". Below are details.

1. PNR ->[protected], TransactionID [protected], TDR Entry Date 15-Feb-2012, Reason - Chart Prepared at originating station and cant cancel the ticket.

2. PNR ->[protected], TransactionID [protected], TDR Entry Date 6-May-2012, Reason - Train Late more than 3 hours and passenger did not travel.

Request you to look into it and update me by e-mail/ phone.

i booked E-ticket on[protected] and at the time of booking my ticket was in wait list Train No 11019, dt of journey:[protected], From Vskp tp Kur, Cls- 3A, 3 passengers. After preparation of chart on[protected], my ticket is confirmed but I could not travelled and immediately i filed for TDR but online TDR not accepted since that day I am trying everyday but till now no information is getting about that ticket. Kindly see the above problem and let me know what about the TDR.

Sir this TDR has been rejected and reason given for this is delay.
But sir, as per the rule train was delayed by more than 3 hours and I had filled TDR before train actual departure. Irctc website has allowed me to file the TDR.

Train Actual Timing is 13:40
Train was Delayed by more than 5 hrs
TDR filled at 18:00 (before train departure)

After rejection of my TDR I sent mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in and still I have not received any reply.
I also talk to railway department Mumbai at. They have told me that they have not received this case from irctc.
Hi, I booked my eticket for the below journey for 20/03/2015. The train was late more than 18 hours so we did not board the train. The same day i.e. 20/12/2015 at 21.30, I filed a TDR for refund & was in constant touch with the IRCTC customer service & everytime. i was assured that the refund will take place. To my shock, today i checked on my irctc account and mentioned that TDR NOT FILED WITHIN ACTUAL DEPARTURE OF TRAIN. the train was late more than 20 hrs and i filled TDR when i was on kanpur station and train had not arrived till at that time. You can check your history. So, i request you to please check that train history and refund my money. I file TDR pnr number [protected] and ref number [protected] because train late more than 6 hour on 7th June 2015 but till date it, s pending.Mostly customer care number closed PR busy all time. Where I have to contact for the same.
