[Resolved]  Irctc — refund amount

sir,i booked a ticket on 8 april 2012,pnr no [protected],transaction id no [protected]. due the some reason i cancelled the ticket on 17 may 2012.but i didnot get my refund amount still now.pls refund my amount as soon as possible.

hello sir i book my ticket today online bur when payment is clear ticket was not displayed and showing error. please tell me what should i do now i do not get pnr number also please help me.

Error says Click Submit button again and again

Hi team, This site is just so frustrating..whenever i click on train on train class, it says click on submit button again and again even if i click it a 1000 times. Kindly fix this bug asap.

Transaction done and ticket not booked

transaction Id [protected] from Bareilly(BE) to NDLS Train no. 12391: State bank has transferred money from my account to irctc but the ticket is not booked. It is showing failed transaction. Please return my money .

I have booked 2 ticket on 30.10.2014 at 8.20 a.m. From my bank a/c money has been debited but ticket is not booked. Transaction No.[protected]. Please refund the money that was debited through SBI net banking as soon as possible.

Sir,
I booked ticket on[protected] for my journey from Bhubaneswar to Howrah and my date of journey is[protected]. Accordingly Rs. 782.30has been deducted from account and transaction no:- "OTHPG[protected]IRCTC ticketing"
But by surprised IRCTC has mentioned my transaction has failed and failed tran. No- [protected].
Therefore I request your honour that amount of Rs.782.30 may be refunded to my account as early as possible.

I booked a train ticket. but the transaction was failed many times. i did not receive a refund for 1 failed transaction yet. i booked my tickets on 29 march 2019 . There is no refund status in mh account on irctc. kindly help me with the same
when our waitlist e ticket gets utomatically cancelled on preparation of chart. why dont we get the full refund of the amount paid at the time of booking. why is the money deducted.

please tell me how to avail refund for the failed transaction of a train ticket.
