Dear Sir,



We have booked three tickets from Udhampur to Delhi in 2 AC vide PNR NO. [protected] dated 02.05.2009 and Transaction ID [protected] in the Train No. 2446 for the following passengers.

We wish to bring to your kind notice the out of the above mentioned booking only booking of Mr. Rajesh Gupta was confirmed and the booking of Mr. Sujoy and Mr. Anil Gupta was not confirmed. Subsequently we had filed the TDR dated 11.05.2009. Further we got the reply from you stating that we would get the refund of the same within 90 days. But we regret to say that the matter is still pending at your end. We are enclosing the copy of Ticket and TDR for your ready reference.



Therefore we request you to kindly look into the matter and refund the amount due to us as early as possible.

It is been almost 4 months since I filed TDR request for PNR [protected] and PNR [protected], but yet to get the refund.

As the train had changed it’s route on the journey day due to strike in Jharkhand (protest against naxal activities), we had to cancel the journey.

I called the Customer Care for many times, sent follow up mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in, but there’s no response.

I appreciate if you do the needful.

sir its a matter a great regret that a passenger has to write so many times for the refund and still has to wait.

Same type of issue I am facing with IRCTC too. I think there entire procedure of refund takes one year or more being a govt enterprise.
