I could not make the travel on 03-April 2011 been booked, as all the Unreserved passengers (Bihar peoples) occupied and the RPF even are helpless to vacate them. I have booked train ticket from trivandrum to calicut through IRCTC on[protected] for five persons (PNR NO:[protected]). The status was Waiting list and date of journey was[protected].But on the date of journey in my five person two got RAC and others was on waiting list. Due to this I was unable to travel on the same train (16629). I have raised a TDR request on the very next day itself[protected] Still the TDR status is showing as forwarded to Railway. Even after one mnth there is no proper response or no action to refund the amt.
Kindly do the needful to resolve my complaint and refund the amt asap

IRCTC — TDR file three month back
HiI had booked ticket from IRCTC for 6 person and 1 ticket got conferm out of 5 so i could not travel. I had applied for TDR 3 months back but still no amount has been refunded. Status is "Refund under Process" from last 3 months.
I have been calling to customer care for last 2 months regularly without any satisfactorily reply. As per the customer care 60 to 90 days are minimum days for refund and their is no maximum limit. How could it possible??
I'll appreciate if you can share escalation levels so that i can escalate this to higher authority.

As such another ticket was booked for 6 person in sleeper class vide PNR No. [protected] on dtd 29.04.2011 from Surat to Puri in train no. 12744 in which date of journey was performed on 17.05.2011.It can be veryfied that the EDR approved for 2 person in which the TDR filed on16.05.2011 vide refference no ekt[protected].
Therefore I request you to go through the matter and kindly refund the outstanding amount what so ever at the earliest.

As per IRCTC rules the Waiting List's passenger can't travel and it should be the refund the amount asap once file the TDR. So only one passenger traveled and rest drop the journey.
